The place looks like the pictures. Bring your own toilet paper and trash bags. There is no heat in this condo it was 58 degrees the whole stay.

I use to book with other app and finally decided to book through Vrbo and I have to say it was Definitely was a huge experience. Sam was quick to give me everything I needed and had everything stocked that I needed. Me and my family had a nice time and will be back again. For more than 1 day. Thank you Sam!

This place was the perfect spot for a getaway! The location couldn’t be better — right down the street from AT&T Stadium and Six Flags, surrounded by plenty of restaurants, and even conveniently next to a car wash. The home itself was modern, clean, and had everything you could possibly need. The bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, and the small closed‑off gated backyard area was a nice bonus. 10/10 — I would absolutely recommend this place and would stay here without hesitation!

Great location, right next to Krogers and 10 minutes from the AT&T stadium. Cozy home with great amenities. The only downfall was the thermostat wasn’t working. It said “malfunction” so it was pretty chilly at night and in the mornings.

Great spot in Arlington, loved the location and the house had everything we needed for our getaway. Wish we could have stayed longer! I read previous reviews about the water temp, but we had hot water the entire trip and the host had little extras that we didn’t have to purchase like laundry detergent, dish washer pods and shampoo/conditioner. 10/10 would recommend and stay again! Thanks, Sam!

Everything was great, only thing that would have made it better was if there were throw blankets to use in the living room! Otherwise clean, convenient location, and really easy check in process

Clean place but very loud with the large car wash nextdoor and the airplanes flying overhead. It would have been nice to have a blanket and more than just two bath towels.

Townhome Close to Arlington Sports Venues

The property was super cozy and close to ranger stadium, cowboys stadium, and more! Prime location with a Kroger nearby and plenty of restaurants to choose from nearby. The property was clean; however, my only complaint was that the water in the shower never got warm and the lack of parking coming back from a rangers game! I would stay at this property again!

The unit is exactly as pictured! Very nice inside and a safe area. Unfortunately, the unit had not been serviced when we arrived. I contacted the host and they sent cleaning crew immediately. We did have to leave for a while to allow cleaning which took away from our time relaxing. There were no washcloths to bathe with nor anything to dry your hands with in the bathroom. Also, there was no hot water, so we had to take cold showers. The bed was comfortable and the A/C works great.

I recently stayed at this property and while it is a very nice place, I did encounter some issues during my stay. The stove was not working and there was no hot water, which made the visit challenging, especially since I had an infant with me. I previously spoke with the host, who acknowledged these concerns and mentioned providing a partial refund. However, I have not received any updates, payment, or responses since then.I would greatly appreciate it if this matter could be addressed promptly.Thank you for your attention.

If I could select 0 stars I would. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS PLACE. I stayed from 12/11-12/14, however I drove 8 hours so I arrived around 2am on 12/12. My kids and I went straight to bed. The first issue was that they advertised has sleeping 3, which was a king bed and a couch that could be used as a bed. They provided a sheet to put over the couch but no blankets. I was awake the entire night making sure my 2 year old stayed covered because the unit wouldnt heat up. By morning it was 59 in the unit even though it was set on 72. I called the host Sam and he said he was sending his housekeeper to bring blankets and that someone would be by to fix the heat. We spent the day gone and got back around 11pm. The visitor parking was full and the host does not provide a parking spot for the unit so I had to park across the street and walk back. I did call him to ask what the options were for parking. We got inside and there was still no heat and no one brought blankets. This entire time I have been messaging him on the VRBO chat regarding these issues and never once did he respond but he did confirm on the phone call that he did see my messages. That night we all doubled up our layers to try to stay warm. The next day, still no one showed up to bring blankets or fix the heat and at this point not only is he not respinding to the messages but he is declining ALL of my calls. I will be submitting another review to finish as it is now cutting off

First I would like to say this was definitely not the worst place I have stayed. But I would say that if you are like me and need darkness when you sleep don't stay here. There are no curtains at all just blinds and it it right next to a car wash so its very bright. secondly the bed was very hard and uncomfortable. There was not much in the apartment at all which was fine for us. you can tell these are new people to having a rental. The shampoos provided looked to be half used in there personal home but in not sure. Also when we arrived we had half a roll of toilet paper on in the bathroom and I did;t think much of it thinking there was more somewhere else in the house once we ran out we looked everywhere from bathroom to the kitchen in the panty and laundry area even the bedroom closet and there was none no where. I called multiple times before someone finally answered and he said he was out if town but was going to get his cleaning people to come give us more. we left for the night for the event we where there for and when we got back we had heard nothing from them and no toilet paper was left for us. so we had to get our own. now they did reimburse us for that but we should not have had that problem in the first place there should also be toilet paper in the house and if not then it should be told in you packing plans to bring some. Also the towels and wash cloths where definitely very old and there was no rug for the shower so we felt a little unsafe getting out.

I wish I could give this place zero stars!! For starters, check-in time was supposed to be at 4 PM. At 6:30 PM the host still had not sent instructions or the door code. When we finally got in, the unit was 53 degrees. The heating system does not work at all, we had to buy space heaters just to tolerate the night. The house also had not been cleaned when we got there and the entertainment system had literally fallen off the wall and was on the ground. We had to buy laundry detergent to wash the dirty sheets. The host was not responsive to our messages and didn’t try to solve any of these problems. There was also an eviction notice hung up on the guest pantry door. This place is a total scam. I would not recommend spending your money here!!!
