The elevator makes every level easily accessible for grandparents, while kids and teens love the game room and beachfront location. With plenty of space to gather—and plenty of room to spread out—everyone can relax and enjoy their own perfect beach day.

We’ve stocked the essentials so you can settle in right away:

Hand soap, dish soap, toilet paper, laundry detergent, cleaning supplies, trash bags, beach towels, fresh linens, bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body soap, and a few kitchen spices.



Please Note:



**Elevator available for convenience; however, as a residential system, operation is not guaranteed at all times. Please inquire if your group depends on elevator access.



• No smoking or vaping inside the unit or on patios - $500 fine for smoking in the home

(Ground-level seating is available for this)



* HOT TUB Important: If the hot tub must be drained and refilled due to feces, excessive sand, dirt, oils, or lotions, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.



🐾 NO PETS — PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING



This is a no-pet property. We do not allow pets of any kind, except service animals as required by law.



Please do not book and then contact us asking to bring a pet. We want to maintain a home where guests who choose to travel without pets can enjoy a no-pet environment.



Please note: No-pet does not mean pet-free or allergen-free. Service animals and pets from previous stays may have been in the home, so we cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.



A $300 fee will apply to unauthorized pets found on the property



Guest Access:

High Tide Hideaway is the LEFT side (from the road) of a duplex - Unit 1. The outside of the duplex has the sign "Breaking Free". We have parking for 4 - 5 cars depending on size. The elevator is on the ground level (outside) and reaches all floors. An entrance to stairs is also on ground level.

Carolina Beach, North Carolina is the perfect coastal getaway packed with fun for everyone. Spend your days lounging on the sandy beach, paddleboarding or surfing the waves, or exploring the iconic Carolina Beach Boardwalk with its shops, arcade, and classic seaside eats like Britt’s Donuts. Take one of the bikes and cruise around town, hike the scenic trails at Carolina Beach State Park, or head out on a boat tour to spot dolphins and take in the sunset. From beach bars and live music to fishing off the dock, paddleboarding, and weekly fireworks in the summer, there’s always something happening in this vibrant, laid-back beach town.

*** Hurricane season: We are in a hurricane-prone area, and each year we face threats from approaching storms. Refunds are only issued if the city issues an evacuation order, requiring you to leave the island for safety. Unfortunately, weather conditions alone do not qualify for refunds unless they become life-threatening.

*****Outdoor cameras are present for safety (NO cameras inside).

We have 3 outdoor cameras. 1st, located at the end of the carport facing towards the door. 2nd, located on the ground floor facing the grilling, hot tub, and yard. 3rd is on the top of the 4th floor at the end of the wall separating the other unit, facing towards the yard and beach. We do not monitor, but they are there for our safety and yours. Our property is easily accessible from the beach and the road.



** 🛁 Hot Tub Care & Safety



Please shower and change into a clean swimsuit before using the hot tub after a beach visit. Sand, salt, sunscreen, and other contaminants can damage the hot tub’s pumps and filters and, most importantly, also introduce microorganisms that may pose health risks in warm hot tub water.



Important: If the hot tub must be drained and refilled due to feces, excessive sand, dirt, oils, or lotions, a $300 cleaning fee will be charged.
