The location was great, the included parking spot was a huge bonus...parking is not easily available. It was a little loud, but you are in a city so it was expected and not unbearable.

Mahalo Nui Loa, it’s been a pleasure hosting you all. We do appreciate recognizing our free parking is really a great thing to have for our guests especially every hotel in Waikiki charge a parking from $35-50/ nights and the proximity from everything is a plus to our guests. A hui hui!

Owners were quick to respond to our needs. Good location. The only minor issue was the air conditioning unit in the living room wasn't sufficient in cooling the area.

You gang was a okay guests guided them every step of the way in their check in because they can’t seem to understand the parking instructions and as a result I showed up to check them in personally! They also don’t have a cellphone and using a laptop to respond so the communication was hard!
