★ Booking Requirements – Primary guest must be 25+. No third-party bookings allowed.
★ Extra Guests – Base rate includes 6 guests. Additional guests are $25 per person, per night.
★ Community Fee – $50 per stay (required).

★ Important Notes – This is a 100% smoke-free, drug-free property. Smoking indoors will result in a deep-cleaning fee. Maximum occupancy: 12 guests (per township licensing & septic system). Pool and beach closures may occur seasonally due to staffing or maintenance (no refunds). Any community fines for rule violations will be charged to guests.
