Put everything back where it came from. Including putting kayaks up, paddle boat back. Ironing board, playpen, and outside chairs. Clean up all trash outside and in fire pit.

Close the Hot tub cover

You do not need to strip beds just leave slept in beds unmade so we know it was used and can wash for next guest. Put all used towels in the laundry room. Thank you!!!

Beautiful views, quiet, and spacious enough for our big group. Kids loved the use of the kayaks and fishing off the dock. Communication was quickly answered. We very much enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

Beautiful house, very close to the dunes and town. Definitely would stay there again. We all had a lot of fun. Perfect family getaway for the long holiday weekend with the hot tub and game room for the kids. Lots of parking for the trailer and all of the toys for the dunes. Host always communicated quickly.

The house was spacious, clean and offered all of the amenities that we were looking for when we opted to stay in a house versus a local hotel. The kids loved the water, caught fish and took advantage of the kayaks. The host was attentive to messages sent with quick responses. Everyone in the group had a great time and the location is perfect whether you are doing the dunes, the lake or in town activities. We enjoyed the hot tub, games in the walk out basement and evenings around the bon fire. Nothing negative to say about the house or host. 5 stars. Thank you.

Beautiful house! Great location, close to town, beach, and sand dunes. Hot tub was relaxing after being out all day. If you have teenagers the game room would be a blast for them! Jim made sure he could easily be reached. The deck was relaxing and so was the dock to sit in the sun. House was well stocked with essentials (TP, paper towels etc) He responded quickly to messages. Easy to communicate with. The kids enjoyed the paddle boat and kayaks. If we go back, we would definitely rent this house again. Thank you Jim for your amazing hospitality!
