Perfect for large families, multi-family trips, and group getaways, the Silver Lake Retreat is a spacious 3,340 sq. ft. lakefront home that comfortably sleeps up to 16 guests. With 5 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, 11 total beds, a private dock, lakefront patio, built-in firepit, and multiple gathering spaces, this home is designed for unforgettable Silver Lake vacations.

Whether you’re looking for a peaceful retreat or an active Silver Lake getaway, this home gives you the best of both worlds. Enjoy incredible views of Silver Lake and the sand dunes, anchor your watercraft or a rented boat at your own private dock, and take a short stroll to nearby attractions including water sports rentals, dune rentals, the public beach, Craig’s Cruisers, mini golf, restaurants, cafes, ice cream shops, and more.

Inside, the home features an open-concept living space with floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking Silver Lake and the dunes. Relax by the stone fireplace, gather on the spacious sectional, or enjoy movies, shows, and sports on the 65" Smart Roku TV.

The fully equipped Kitchen features marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, a Keurig Duo, dining table seating for 6, and 5 additional island seats. Start your morning with coffee by the lake and end the night around the built-in firepit with s’mores.

The Main Floor also features a large Laundry Room with ample counter space for folding laundry, as well as an attached full Bathroom.

The house was wonderful and such a great location right at the lake and nearby the local Silver lake stores. The house was well supplied with all the cooking, lake and fun supplies needed. The place was clean and nicely furnished with plenty of room for everyone on each bedroom.

Great Stay on Silver Lake

Our extended family of 6 adults and 4 teens and 1 almost teen totally enjoyed our stay at Silver Lake Retreat. Plenty of room for everyone and a perfect location within walking distance of multiple Silver Lake attractions. Lake Michigan dunes, Silver Lake State Park and a boat rental business provided us with many options of things to do. The home itself was spotless and the owner always responded to any questions we had promptly. Thank you for a fabulous stay…we hope to return next summer.

Family vacation

The property is beautiful and the host was extremely accommodating making for efficient communication including check in and out procedures, as well as other key information that helped make our stay truly enjoyable. The house comes equipped with everything and more! And the location is ideally located for lake and dune activities, among other amenities. We had an amazing family vacation and would highly recommend this property! Outstanding!

The pictures of this home are exactly what you can expect! This home is a gem. 3 generations visited this week, and we did NOT want to leave. Your view is phenomenal. downtown area is Less than 5 min walk a way. The kids (ranging in age from 12 to 20) utilized all the amenities this house has to offer. They fished off the dock, made smores, rode bikes, and at times just hung out in the loft playing cards, I don’t think we saw a kid with a phone in the hand one time. The marina is across the street from the home just passed the pine trees. Maybe a three minute walk? the lifejackets that are in the garage Here are Coast Guard certified FYI. The host supplies you with everything. I don’t think we had to buy one thing extra garbage bags, paper towel towels, toilet paper, beach towels, beach chairs, extra pillows, blankets, wash, rags soap, laundry detergent, dryer sheets anything you can think of is already here!! we did not have to buy anything besides food. She even supplies the s’mores products and the skewers. In the garage is a wagon full of everything you need to make a fire. The garage is full of firewood. All you have to do is wheel your wagon across the street to the fire pit.. Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday the area is quieter. A lot of the stores are also closed on Monday and Tuesday.,,,Thursday We noticed a little bit more traffic. Haley is an excellent communicator. You messaged her and she messages you right back. I don’t think it’s ever been this easy. 10

Silver Lake getaway

We loved our week stay on this Silver Lake property! The location of this property was perfect! From the view of the lake and sand dunes to the short drive to beautiful beaches, dune excursions and fun family excursions the location could not be surpassed! The sunsets from the dock were beautiful each night! My grandchildren loved the short walk to ice cream, putt putt courses and a go kart track! The property itself was extremely clean, spacious and appointed with everything from bikes, beach chairs and umbrella! Hailey is a superb host! Very attentive and responds within minutes of an inquiry! Would highly recommend this property! We hope to return in the future!

Beautiful Silver Lake View

We had a great time staying at this beautiful property on Silver Lake! We had a group of 11 and there was plenty of space. The dock right across the street was great! The property is clean and had what we needed. Hailey was always quick to respond if we had any questions. One thing to keep in mind is there is a street between the house and the water. It’s pretty busy during the day with vehicles heading to the dunes. It wasn’t a problem for us but something to be aware of. Overall we had a great stay! The sunsets were a highlight as well as taking our paddle boards out on the water. We used the boat rental down the street and it was very easy and fun. Lots to enjoy at this location! We highly recommend.

The house was perfect for our family of 14. Loads of space and bedrooms and restrooms that were more than adequate. Communication with Hailey, was excellent. She provided us with timely information and responded quickly to all our questions. Family members more than once commented on the various thoughtful amenities that made our stay that much more enjoyable. We highly recommend this beautiful home for any large size family gathering.

We had a group of 8 adults and 6 children (ages 3-9) and we all had a fantastic time. Everything was exactly as stated, we had so much room for everyone, and we were able to make it feel like home for the week. Everything was very clean, easy and great communication, and lots of fun extras were provided. The location was perfect to enjoy the dunes and other local attractions. We recommend this stay and would definitely consider booking here again in the future.
