We love the Arnold area. It's a magical blend of mountains, lakes, vineyards, and amazing activities for all seasons. You'll find us swimming in mountain lakes in summer, wine tasting in Murphys in fall, skiing at Bear Valley in winter, and hiking Big Trees in spring.

Blue Lake Springs is a magical little community within Arnold, all centered around the Blue Lake Springs Lodge Lake rec area, which is steps from our property. There you can swim in the lake and pool in the summer, and enjoy many other sports and activities year round, such as pickleball, tennis, and basketball. We're also just 5 minutes from Big Trees State Park, and incredible state park with giant redwoods.

Our property is one of the only properties in Blue Lake Springs that is directly on the lake, making it a very short walk to Lodge Lake and all the Blue Lake Spring facilities, and offering beautiful lakeside views from our deck when relaxing at the property.
The entire property was renovated in 2024, including adding AC throughout the house.
