Experience a stylish stay in this newly renovated Broadway apartment. Walk to local restaurants with easy access to Federal Hill, Luongo Square & Westminster Street. 15 minutes to TF Green Airport, 1.5 miles to the train & close to top universities. Enjoy a modern open concept space that includes a large bedroom with a king-size bed, full bathroom with walk-in shower & double vanity. Bright, clean and thoughtfully designed, this space is ideal for short or extended stays and for up to 4 guests.

The Space:
THE SPACE: NO PARTIES We wish to continue to host guests, so unfortunately, this space is NOT suitable for Parties or Events.

LIVING ROOM:
As you enter the apartment, you're immediately welcomed into the open concept floor plan. This bright, thoughtfully designed area also features a cozy sofa, stylish chairs, and a mounted TV for relaxed evenings making it both stylish and functional. The sleeper sofa easily converts into a queen bed.

SPECIAL NOTE - OUR SLEEPER SOFAS
Not all sleeper sofas are created equal—and trust us, we’ve tested a LOT of them! After a year of searching, sitting, and yes… even napping, we finally found “THE ONE.” These premium sleeper sofas are so comfy that even adults can get a great night’s sleep. We invested over $15,000 upgrading them across our properties, so go ahead—test ours out… you won’t be disappointed!

KITCHEN:
Flowing from the living area, make your way to the kitchen. It's fully equipped with modern stainless steel appliances including a refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, and dishwasher. There is ample cabinet space, beautiful smooth countertops, and modern light fixtures that add a touch of luxury. The island adds additional kitchen prep space and includes 4 stools for dining, while a separate dining table also seats up to 4 guests.

BEDROOM:
To the left of the living room rewind in this large primary bedroom. Created with style and comfort, get a night's rest in this king-size bed surrounded by a fluted wood accent wall. There is also a dresser, a closet, and a full- length mirror and a white noise machine, to make your stay more comfortable.

BATHROOM:
Steps away from the kitchen is the bathroom designed for comfort and functionality. There is a walk-in shower with a fun art deco tile. The double vanity features two sinks with a large modern mirror, allowing plenty of space for couples or guests traveling together. The bathroom is also stocked with basic amenities any guest would need, ensuring a convenient and relaxing stay. Whether you're visiting for work, exploring the city, or simply looking for a stylish and comfortable place to relax, this thoughtfully designed apartment offers the perfect home base for your stay in Providence.

THE BUILDING:
This apartment is on the third floor and there is no elevator in this apartment building. This apartment features a deep navy-blue exterior that complements a bright, open interior, perfectly balancing classic New England charm and modern convenience. Located in a friendly yet vibrant neighborhood, it is known for its historic appeal, walkable streets, and lively local cafés, restaurants, and shops. You’ll find six private apartments, each accessible via a shared open staircase that greets you upon entry. For convenience, all guests have access to shared laundry facilities located in the basement. Additionally, there is one parking spot in the driveway provided per guest.

Guest Access:
Guests have access to the entire apartment.
The apartment is located on the third floor and shares access to the building. This front door is shared with the apartments on the 1st and 2nd floors.

The Neighborhood:
Step outside and experience why this Broadway neighborhood is known as one of Providence’s most vibrant and cherished neighborhoods. Just a short walk from Julian's, known for its brunch, fresh pastries at Seven Stars Bakery, coffee at the famous Nitro Bar, or a meal at Nicks on Broadway. and don’t forget about The Patio on Broadway. Walk to Luongo Square and enjoy a speakeasy night at The Avery, Ramen at Pickerel, or a sweet treat at Tricycle Ice Cream. Providence’s renowned universities are a 10 minute drive including: Brown University, Providence College, Rhode Island School of Design, and Johnson and Wales University. Just minutes from the apartment, you'll find yourself near Federal Hill, the city’s famed “Little Italy.” Dine at a local favorite Constantino’s Venda Bar & Ristorante, Pane e Vino, Camille’s, and so much more. Catch a game at Amica Mutual Pavilion, watch a show at The Providence Performing Arts Center, or take a stroll through Westminster Street all just a quick walk or drive away. Getting Around:
No car needed, this is a beautiful area of the City to walk around. You can easily get an Uber and Lyft if you need to, or grab one of the scooters the City offers on any nearby sidewalks.

Other Things to Note:
This apartment is located near Federal Hill, which is vibrant and sometimes lively, so there may be a short period when there is a higher-than-normal volume of pedestrians or cars passing by.
