Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay! The rental was clean and well stocked. We have a 17 month old and we loved being on the first floor and steps away from the sand. It made being outside with our toddler very easy. We noticed that the shower drain was backed up on our first night. I was able to text the management office the next morning and heard back very quickly - and it was resolved shortly after. We appreciated the easy communication and quick response. We would definitely choose to spend time here again.

The unit was perfect. Close to the parking garage and close to the beach. The putting greens and the pool were super fun too. People were very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn’t plan for was that there isn’t air conditioning. However, the cool evenings and the ocean breeze kept it mostly comfortable. Would definitely return.

Very nice condo with a great view of the beach. Everything in condo was very clean and well organized. Grounds are very well maintained and were like a resort. Pool and spas are very nice and plenty of chairs. Parking was gated and also very nice. Will definitely stay in this unit again. Added bonus is walkable to many restaurants and marina.

Great unit! Immaculate and everything provided. Love the location as you can walk right to the beach from the patio or access the pool and other recreation areas easily. We will definitely choose this unit again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There is no better location than this unit. Steps to the sand and summer sunsets every night from your patio. The unit was well-stocked with paper products, garbage bags, and all the inconvenient things that run out in rental units. It was just easy to be there. It was extremely clean and the mgt company was also prompt w responses and professional. Would totally rent this place again. I will say that the back bedroom really needs a ceiling fan tho. That’s the only thing that would improve a stay here. Other than that, perfect!

This is our first time staying in this unit and we would stay again for sure. We had a view of the ocean while sitting on the couch. There is grass right outside the slider and you’re steps from the sand. The kitchen is well stocked. There is a coffee pot, but no Keurig type. The bed was very comfortable. There are extra blankets and sheets. There are fans in the closet which we used in the bedroom. The parking for the unit was close to the unit. While it is a ground unit you do have to walk up a few stairs and then down again so if you have mobility issues that might be a concern.

Lovely appartment in great location

This was the second time we have visited this property and the place was great. We had a few concerns on arrival that were immediately dealt with by the team at Make My Vacation; they responded promptly, efficicently and followed up.
