Condo was clean and updated, had a beautiful view, and had a window AC unit in the bedroom! The host was SO wonderful about communicating with me leading up to the trip as well as during my stay when I had a couple questions. Check in and checkout process was super simple. Would 100% recommend this property! Not many units have AC in this complex, but we went during a heat wave so the AC in the bedroom was literally a life saver!

It was wonderful! Really clean and had extra fans if you needed it cooler, the air conditioner in the bedroom was amazing! Walking distance to many restaurants and the parlor doughnut shop. Loved our well there.

It was such a nice get away for our anniversary. Place was immaculate, cozy, and came with everything anyone could possibly need. Loved the view of ocean and pool. Check in was a little frustrating as they are sticklers about 3:00, but not a huge deal. Would definitely stay again!!

Fantastic location. Sat on the balcony and could see the beach. Incredibly quick walk to the sand. Everything you need is included. Fabulous responsive host. We will be back.

We had a fantastic stay! My finance and I lived at North Coast Village for a while, the unit was clean, well stocked, great view of the pool and ocean, and a very useful AC in the bedroom. Hildy, our host, was super attentive and a joy to interact with. We would definitely come back to this specific unit again.

Perfect Stay!

Our rental was beautiful and had a great view of the village facility. The owner of the rental was very helpful and wanted to make sure we had the best stay possible. If we ever visit Oceanside again we will definitely try to stay here again.

Mini vacay

My family comes to Oceanside every year for a weekend and have stayed in many different condos at this complex. We enjoyed this one a lot. Very updated. Had beach supplies and even a window ac unit. Great view from the balcony. Lots of apps to watch a variety of shows. We enjoyed it here.

We love it here! We have traveled all over the world and have always been drawn back to the ocean. Our kids and grand kids live close by making it more sense to have property in Oceanside. It make us so happy that we can share our place with others.

We purchased this property due to the fact it is only steps from the ocean, pool, 2 hot tubs. It’s easy access to garage as well as all the local attractions. You can walk to the harbor for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Walk to the farmers market on Thursdays or simply take a walk along the strand or even to the pier. The condo have beautiful expanded ocean views.

Ocean views and occasional sunset. New update modern furniture. For those with teenagers we have one sofa, bed and one rollaway bed. Heated pool, hot tub, lovely landscapes and much more! Few steps the ocean!
