This large year-round lake cabin is your home away from home while you visit Faribault and the Twin Cities area. Beautiful waterfront cabin directly on Roberds Lake (no steps or road to cross for lake access) outside Faribault & close to Shattuck/St. Olaf/Carlton. 40 minutes from Twin Cities, MSP Airport, Mall of America, Minnesota Zoo, Nickelodeon Universe & Valleyfair Amusement Park.

Enjoy swimming, boating, fishing or water sports right from the shared dock. Take in the breathtaking sunsets from the screened-in porches, or sit around the firepit.

The kitchen is fully equipped. Modern kitchen with granite countertops, new stove, dishwasher and microwave.

Large living room with 3 bedrooms on 1st floor and 1 bedroom in lower level. Bedrooms are spacious and comfortable; master bedroom has a sleep number bed.

The 2 bathrooms are equipped with showers, towels, beach towels, soaps, hair dryers to make guests feel right at home.

The basement has a bar and a pool table. The house is large and offers plenty of spaces for the whole family. Enjoy the soothing atmosphere of this cozy retreat, complete with heating, AC, WiFi, and washer/dryer.

There are two screened-in porches to keep the bugs away. Beautiful yard and shared dock in case you have a boat or pontoon. Swim, tube or waterski (if you have a boat). Fish off the shared dock as it is one of the best spots on the lake.

The heated garage is converted into an amazing game room with darts, foosball, poker table, 2 kayaks, 5 bikes & helmets, 8 life jackets, and 1 infant life jacket.

Enjoy the firepit, the 2 screened in porches or sit in the den w/ central AC, whatever floats your boat.

Pre-approval is required for pets: 2 dogs max (small to medium size only). Your pets must be on leash at all times.

Walk 2 blocks to get to the local resort for ice cream or burger off the grill. Across the lake is another resort with beer and snacks, and either resort rent boats or pontoons with prior reservation. Located a couple of miles outside of Faribault, easy access to restaurants, groceries, distillery, winery, apple orchard, parks, golf clubs, events and bars.

House Rules and Responsibilities waivers:
Swim at your own risk. No lifeguard on duty- children must be supervised at all times.
Life jackets required for children and for anyone using the kayaks provided.
Bikes/Helmets provided for guests use; Guests assume all responsibilities and must return bikes after use.
If you bring your own watercraft, you agree that it's at your own risk and responsibilities
Dogs must be on leash at all times while outdoors on the property (including near the water).
