Welcome to Unit 321, a well-maintained and comfortable two-bedroom, two-bathroom condo situated on the second floor. This unit offers a practical layout and a pleasant atmosphere, making it an excellent choice for two couples or a small group of friends traveling together.

Amenity-Focused Location: This condo offers lovely sea views and direct, easy access to all the community's high-value amenities, including the beachfront infinity pool, relaxing hot tub, and private 200-foot pier.

Unit Features: The spacious living area opens to a large balcony, perfect for enjoying the coastal air and relaxing views. The full kitchen is equipped for dining in. The unit includes AC, high-speed Wi-Fi, and a convenient in-unit washer/dryer.


Access Note: This condo is located on the second floor of a three-story building and requires the use of two flights of steps (no elevator access).

Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps 4):

• Master Bedroom: King Bed with en suite bathroom and balcony access.

• Guest Bedroom 2: Queen Bed.

The secure Marazul community includes complimentary use of shared kayaks, paddleboards, and bicycles.
