The location is unbeatable, downtown Lakeland is minutes away! FSC, PSC, and SEU are all less than 5 miles away. Close to the parkway and I-4, so Tampa and Orlando is an easy drive to get to!

A perfect stay in Lakeland. This home is spotless and well stocked with everything needed to enjoy it. The pool is beautiful, but be aware that it is not heated. The neighborhood is safe and walkable, which our dog enjoyed. So close to lovely lakes and fun downtown Lakeland. Munn Park and the Saturday farmers market, Lake Hollingsworth path with wildlife galore - so glad we chose this house and would definitely book it again. Our host, Tram, was helpful and a text away.

Tram is the best host ever. Gets back to you immediately. While the pool was beautiful we couldnt go in because it wasn't heated and we were there in Feb. I loved the little welcome sign with my name as we entered the property. The beds were very comfortable and we liked how there were beach towels. The extra gargage area came in handy. We also loved the screened in outdoor area.

Fantastic property centrally located in Lakeland. Easy access to FSC, shopping and downtown. Not to mention beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. The home is clean with everything you need including a wonderful pool. The owner is great, very communicative, quick with answers and help as needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would return.

We did not use the pool the water was too cold. Maybe a heater down the line. Just and fyi the conditioner pump actually has shampoo in it. Overall the stay was great and the house is very comfortable.

This place was VRBO done to perfection! Booking - so easy! Description - spot on! Check in - simple. House - clean, beautiful, spacious, and fun! Pool - awesome (and just what we needed to relax!) Property was exactly as described. It had everything you needed. Tram was a fabulous host and went above and beyond! She very quick to answer any questions. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and felt safe. My daughter loved the games available in the house. The pool was great, though we didn’t use it much since it was too cold and it wasn’t heated. Will definitely stay there again, if needed!

I traveled with my four children and had a wonderful stay! The host was excellent—she sent all instructions well in advance and even shared her phone number in case we needed anything. She also took the time to recommend fun places to take the kids, which we really appreciated.The house itself was perfect for a family. The rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable, and the couch was extra comfy. The pool was huge, but unfortunately a cold front came through during our New Year’s stay, so we couldn’t fully enjoy it—although the kids did brave a quick icy dip .We loved that the house was well stocked with supplies and had plenty of family games, which we enjoyed together. The location was also great—close to food, groceries, and everything we needed. The neighborhood was quiet and pleasant as well.Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would definitely stay here again!
