The Apartment:
-Is a second floor with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, Full kitchen and private terrace.
-The apartment includes 2 free parking.

Access Rules: Community Requirements
-All guests must be registered with the property manager prior to arrival. Full names and ages are required for entry passes.
-A one-time resort fee per stay apply for wristbands that grant access to all common areas.
-Wristbands are required at all times in pool and recreational areas. (Wristband amount of $10/per guest.)
-Maximum occupancy rules must be respected for safety and compliance.
Gated Community Access:
-Aquatika is a secure, gated resort with controlled entry.
-Guests will receive an access pass for parking and entry.
-The name of the main guest must match the reservation list at the security gate.

-Our Interaction with guest is via app chat. We don't get calls, only in the chat.
-We work from 8AM-10PM
Thank you for choosing our apartment at Aquatika Beach Resort! To ensure a safe, respectful, and enjoyable experience for everyone, please carefully review and follow these house and community rules.

Community Access & Registration
All guests must register at the security guardhouse upon arrival. (Apartment owners are the only exception.)
-ID wristbands must be worn at all times in public areas of the resort. If you loose your wristbands, you will be charged again.
-The name of the main guest must match the reservation list provided to security.
-Guests must follow all instructions from security staff, lifeguards, and property personnel.

Noise & Behavior
-Loud conversations, loud music, and disruptive noise are not allowed. Radios, TVs, and speakers must be kept at a respectful volume at all times.
-No loud gatherings or disturbances are allowed in the apartment or common areas.
-Children are not allowed to play in hallways, staircases, or other common areas not designated for recreation.
-Running, jumping, diving, or sliding into the pool from the edge is prohibited. Pools must only be accessed from designated entry points.
-Vehicle horns should not be used near the buildings.

Apartment & Common Area Etiquette
-Apartment doors must be kept closed when not in use.
-No objects or trash may be thrown from windows, balconies, or hallways.
-Do not hang towels, swimsuits, clothing, rugs, or similar items on balconies, railings, windows, or visible exterior areas.
-Do not place personal items like brooms, mops, coolers, or shoes in areas visible from the outside.
-Common areas such as entrances, hallways, stairs, and stairwells must remain clear and cannot be used for storage or gatherings.
-All garbage must be bagged and disposed of properly in designated trash containers.

Pool & Water Slide Rules
No glass objects, food, drinks, or cigarettes are allowed in the swimming pools or on the water slide.
-Chairs are not allowed inside the pools or at the pool edge.
-No eating, rough play, or unsafe behavior in or around the pools and slides.
-Swimming pools and the water slide may only be used during official operating hours.
-No one under the influence of alcohol or drugs is allowed in the pool, water slide, or surrounding areas.

Proper use of the water slide:
-Slide feet first only.
-Stopping, kneeling, or turning around on the slide is not allowed.
-Persons over 300 lbs. or under 48 inches tall are not permitted to use the slide.
-Move away immediately from the slide landing area after use.
-Children under 12 years old must always be supervised by an adult when using the pools or recreational areas.
-It is strictly prohibited to urinate or defecate in pools, showers, gardens, stairways, or any common areas.

Pet Rules
-Pets are not allowed in this listing.

-All guests are responsible for reading and following all posted signs throughout the property.
-Please respect your neighbors and the community’s quiet and family-friendly environment.
-Failure to comply with these rules may result in fines, removal from the property, or loss of security deposit.
