This apartment is fully licensed with Dubai's Department of Economy and Tourism (DET).

Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.

Standard check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out no later than 11:00 AM.

We provide you with a starter pack of toiletries. Please note consumables such as cooking condiments, cleaning products are not provided.

Please be advised that smoking in the apartment is strictly prohibited. Failure to comply will result in violation fee of AED 1500.

Please note that the included cleaning fee is for the apartment to be cleaned after your stay. If you require additional cleaning during your stay, this can be arranged depending on the availability and for an additional fee.

Please note that there is ongoing construction in one of the nearby units. The works are scheduled weekdays from 9AM to 5PM. During the work duration, there might be some noise that can be heard inside the unit. Sincere apologies for any inconvenience this may cause.
