Guests can access the entire house excepts locked management closets.
Other things to note
Sauna Rules and Regulations:
*Children ages five and under are not permitted in the sauna.
*Children between the ages of six and 16 must be accompanied by an adult in the sauna at all times.
*Allow yourself at least five minutes after exercising to cool down before entering the sauna.
*Pregnant women and persons suffering from heart disease, diabetes, high or low blood pressure, circulatory or respiratory problems, seizures or epilepsy should not enter the sauna without prior medical consultation.
*Do not use the sauna while under the influence of any type of alcohol, drugs, anticoagulants, antihistamines, vasoconstrictor, vasodilators, stimulants, hypnotics, narcotics or tranquilizers.
*Clean swim attire must be worn and participants are required to bring a towel to sit on when using the sauna.
*Remove all metal jewelry prior to entering the sauna.
The surface of the rocks, heater and surrounding area can be extremely hot. Exercise caution.
*Prolonged use of sauna not recommended due to fatiguing effects. Limit yourself to a maximum of 15 minutes.
*Do not smoke, exercise, eat or drink beverages in the sauna room.
*Leave the sauna immediately if you experience any nausea, dizziness, hot flashes, cold chills, headaches or other discomfort.
*Drink plenty of fluids before and after leaving the sauna.
*This sauna is a dry sauna. Please do not pour water on the electric coals. (If applicable)
*Do not use the sauna to dry clothes, swimsuits or towels or place materials near the heater or guard fence.
Newspapers, magazines, or other reading materials are prohibited.
Hot tub rules:
Shower Before Use: Guests should shower before entering the hot tub to help maintain water cleanliness and hygiene.
Check water temperature. Temperatures over 104 degrees aren’t recommended.
No Food or Drinks: Avoid bringing food or drinks into the hot tub area to prevent contamination and keep the water clean.
Appropriate Attire: Wear suitable swimwear while using the hot tub. Avoid street clothes, which can introduce dirt and oils into the water.
Limited Time: Limit your hot tub session to a reasonable time, typically 15-20 minutes, to avoid overheating or dehydration.
No Alcohol or Drugs: Avoid using the hot tub while under the influence of alcohol or drugs. It can be dangerous and impair your judgment.
Supervise Children: If children use the hot tub, ensure they are always supervised by a responsible adult.
No Diving or Jumping: Do not dive or jump into the hot tub, as it can be hazardous due to the water’s depth and temperature.
Respect Neighbors: Be considerate of neighbors and maintain a reasonable noise level. Avoid loud conversations and music.
Avoid Soaps and Oils: Refrain from using soaps, oils, or lotions before entering the hot tub, as these can affect water quality.
Shut the Lid: Securely close the hot tub cover after use to retain heat and keep debris out.
Medical Concerns: Guests with certain medical conditions, such as heart problems, should consult a doctor before using the hot tub.
After use: set temperature to the lowest to conserve energy.
Emergency Information: Familiarize yourself with the location of emergency shut-off switches. It’s in the garage by the garage door, same side with hot tub, labeled HOT TUB BREAKER.
