This spacious home features mountain views, a private 7-person hot tub, and walkable access to restaurants, shops, and parks. Sleeping (Sleeps 6):

Primary suite: King bed + ensuite with soaking tub & separate shower

Second bedroom: King bed

Third bedroom: Bunk with two full beds (great for kids or groups)

Cozy living room with oversized seating, smart TV & electric fireplace

Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need + complimentary coffee

Dining table for 6 + bar seating for casual meals or conversation

Cheryl is a kind and gracious host and her place is everything the listing suggests and more. The home was very clean and well cared for with a laid back vibe that provided a great space for my friends and i to enjoy a few days while snowboarding up at Wolf Creek. Property was in a very convenient location, very comfortable and clean! We even met the neighbors and they were friendly. Loved Pagosa Springs and enjoyed the roomy, clean house to come back too.

Pros:Location - House is in a great spot. Close to downtownInterior - House is updated and nice on the inside. Clean and Plenty of Space, comfortable beds, large kitchen and dining table. There were 5 adults in our group and had plenty of room.Host - Was very quick to communicate and helpful.ExteriorHot Tub - Was old but worked well other than some of the jets didn't work.Yard - Back yard is fenced in. One space to park in front with additional Parking in the back. People came everyday it snowed to shovel off the porch, all the pathways in the front and back and did an excellent job and was much appreciated.ConsInterior - The two couches in the living room need to be replaced. One is a futon that is hard as a rock. The other sinks down so far you can barely get back out of it.Exterior - The outside of the house is older looking than appears in the pictures.Garage- Garage is mentioned in the description but is not available to use by guest. Had I known this I would not have rented this space. No one wants to spend an extra 15 - 20 minutes every day clearing snow off your vehicle when you are trying to get going to go ski. BTW it snowed 44 inches the week we were there.Summary - I wouldn't stay here again in the winter, just because of the garage situation. However if it were during non winter months I definitely would. Once the construction in downtown Pagosa is done it would be an easy walk to downtown and the river. In the winter not so much.
