トムズ川沿いの明るい家庭的なコテージ。 川を見下ろす家の隣に新しく改装された遊歩道。 家から100フィートのところに新しい公共ドック。 （釣り、クラブ、アイススケート、水泳、あらゆる種類のボート） 2階建ての大きなマスターベッドルーム。 屋外のデイベッドシェードセールが組み込まれた大きな屋外デッキと、アイランドハイツのトムズリバーの息をtakingむような景色。 アイランドハイツは、主要なショッピング、病院、有名なシーサイドハイツボードウォークに近い静かな歴史的な「ビクトリア朝の村」です。 「ジャージーショア」のボードウォークとアトラクションは近く（15分）離れていますが、アイランドハイツの趣のある小さな巣穴にある居心地の良いコテージに囲まれていると、遠く離れているように見えます。 Downstairs Enclosed Deckは99％のガラスで、二重のペインとスクリーンが全面に防寒されています。 このデッキからは、水とトムズリバーをクルージングするボートの美しい景色が楽しめます。 天気が良ければ、すべての窓を開けて、デイベッドで昼寝して、トムズリバーのゆったりとした航海のdin騒を楽しみます。 おかえりなさい....

The house was wonderful

The pictures didn’t do the house it’s actual justice. The view was amazing and the outside sitting area upstairs and downstairs were great for relaxing with others. Helene is an amazing house and there were no issues I would definitely rent this home again.

Tranquil comfort at the shore

Our family felt welcome from the moment we walked in the door. The view was spectacular, i didn't want to miss the sunset each day. Other than food, there was really very little that wasn't provided by the owner. Island Heights is a hidden gem for families looking for a safe quiet place to vacation with their children but close to the beach and boardwalk. We would love to come back next year.

Island Heights vacation

This home was in an amazing location. We’ve rented several houses in Island Heights and this was by far our favorite. Helene made sure every one of our needs was meet from the time of check in to the time we left.

Charming, quaint, well maintained with fabulous views!

Our hosts could not have been more gracious and accommodating. We arrived quite late and they met us with friendly faces and a basket of food, much appreciated after an 11 hour car ride. The house is warm, cozy and has every amenity you would need. The views of the river are amazing. We watched a college regatta on Saturday that was incredibly picturesque. We would definitely stay here again.

The best house in Island Heights!

This home faces the water and the boardwalk and offers the best view of spectacular sunsets. We rented this house for 7 months while we looked for a home to buy. I would have been thrilled to live here permanently but the owner wouldn't consider it. We loved every minute of our stay.

Fun and Relaxing Cottage by the Water

What a fun lovely cottage! Great views from practically every room. Light, airy, and sunny throughout the day. You can wake up in the morning, sit on the lower deck, have your tea or coffee, and watch the boats go by. Then you go to the inside porch, lay down on the daybed or couch and take a nap. Later on have cocktails on the upper deck off of the expansive bedroom that has huge couches and watch the magnificent sunsets! There is fishing or crabbing right down the street on the public dock seconds away. Many options for relaxation and just hanging out and doing nothing. It is a sweet town with a boardwalk surrounding a large part and water water everywhere. Loved our time there! The only problem is that many people love it and it is often booked!

Jersey Shore at its Best

The Jersey Shore gets a bad rap when compared to the Hamptons and Nantucket but the white cottage on the hill in Island Heights, NJ can hold its own in the company of any of those places. With unobstructed views of the Toms River, you can start your day perched on the downstairs deck sipping coffee while watching the boaters and fisherman then later escape to the upstairs deck for evening cocktails and a gorgeous sunset. Surrounded by cool art, loads of books and water views from most windows, the interior of this beach home exudes old world charm with all of the modern day conveniences. It's the perfect place to unplug, slow down and experience a simpler way of life. Plus Helene and Jim McMullen are extremely accommodating owners.
