IMPORTANT NOTES BEFORE BOOKING:
** Reserving guests must be a minimum of 23 years of age and require the endorsement of our Guest Rental Agreement before dispensing house keys. ID is required at check-in.
Your family will have a marvelous time while staying in this recently refreshed 2-story, 2-bedroom, 1 ¾-bath townhouse style condominium. Stepping through the front entrance, you’ll discover an entryway with plenty of gear storage, one bedroom with 1-queen sized bed, a split ¾-bath, a galley style kitchen with modern appliances, (including a dishwasher) a pass through breakfast bar equipped with three bar stools, a dining table with seating for four, a cozy living space equipped with a wood insert fireplace, (firewood not provided) and a balcony offering territorial views. Ascending the staircase to the top floor reveals a loft area sitting space, a loft bedroom with 1-king sized bed and ample closet space, a laundry cubby with a stack washer and dryer for keeping the duds clean, and a split full bath. Don’t forget Fido, this pet-friendly (2-pet maximum, no exceptions) wifi* equipped and monitored family vacation property will sleep up to 4-persons (ENFORCED Maximum Occupancy!). Need additional space but with a bit of separation? Family Condo #42 pairs nicely with our family Condo #31, which will also sleep up to 4-persons, and is located right next door!

OTHER IMPORTANT NOTES:
**Wi-Fi service is now available in our area and provided FREE OF CHARGE for Guest use. Having said this, the service is currently subject to failure, as the service provider is dialing everything in. Intermittent service failures are circumstances beyond our control, and no sleeping accommodation refunds are provided if the FREE Wi-Fi SERVICE fails to function correctly.
**This condo is a monitored family vacation home, and not a party house. In this regard, Guests who choose to ignore house rules are subject to immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all rental monies paid (per the written Guest Rental Agreement). Guests are expected to treat this private residence with the utmost respect at all times, as well as to be mindful of neighboring homes and respect the privacy of neighboring homeowners by not disturbing them at any time. Guests are directly responsible for their invitee's actions. They would be well advised to provide directions and discuss house rules in advance with other family members who may be arriving separately. Guests seeking party house accommodations are advised to seek such accommodations via a different provider.
