We arrived here, April 17 and Mike our host showed us around and got us set up in our condo, he is very easy to deal with and always available. The pools are absolutely smashing, hardly anybody here as most of the snowbirds have gone home. Would definitely book again with Mike.

We had a wonderful experience staying here. The space was perfect for our family of 4 and 2 dogs. The property is well taken care of, there are lots of great amenities on site, and fantastic pathways to walk with the pups. The host is incredible, super responsive and willing to go above and beyond for all his guests! We highly recommend this location and any unit that Mike is the host.

Perfect place to stay

I stayed with 3 of my kids. It was clean, comfortable, great location, great owners. Felt very safe. Loved the pools and restaurant.

THIS UNIT WAS SCHEDULED FOR REMODEL BUT SINCE THEIR BOOKING WAS TOO CLOSE TO THE START DATE, I NEEDED TO POSTPONE,WAS AFRAID IT WOULDNT BE READY FOR THEIR ARRIVAL, AND I DID NOT WANT TO CANCEL IT...IT IS CURRENTLY 1/2 WAY THROUGH THE REMODEL AND WILL LOOK FORWARD TO POSTING NEW PHOTOS OF THE CONDO..IT IS COMING ALONG QUITE NICELY..

Orlando visit

We had a great stay. Michael was very communicative, kind, and laid back. We enjoyed the pools, the country club, and the on-site restaurant. We used to live in the area and came to Orlando to visit friends and family. This was a great home base for us for the week! We’d stay again in the future.

Orlando area Condo

Mike was great! Gated community- gate entry was a but challenging at times but they were so nice and helpful and welcoming! We really enjoyed the location and people.

Comfy beds, nice screened balcony and very affordable.

We just stayed at this condo and it had everything we needed. Mike met us at the clubhouse to make sure we knew our way around and got us a 5 day gate pass. There were nice areas to walk our little Yorkie and she loved laying out on the balcony watching everyone go by. The living room had a comfy sofa and loveseat and big tv. We would stay again.

Close to where I wanted to be

Overall we liked the place space was perfect for my family it was only 7min from where my dad lives and 25min from all the attractions. Only issue I have was parking it was so far from our room. Had to fight for parking kinda confusing getting into the place.

Never heard the parking was an issue, it is open parking and many spots, of course the later you arrive home a spot very close to your building may be taken but since can park anywhere I have never had to park at worst more than 10-15 spots from the building.. I always meet my guests so I am there when you arrive and escort you to the Clubhouse for a quick tour then to your condo. .Since it is gated guarded they are strict allowing cars in for security ,which is why I always tell my guests have your valid drivers license ready at the gate ,tell them your name, and condo address, and if you do that they let you in with no problem....I will gladly show you next time where you can park closer ,since you are allowed to park in adjacent building parking lots since it is open parking and can be sometimes closer to your building next door than in actually your specific building parking lot...especially since we own 8 condos in the 3 buildings ..Sorry for the inconvenience you experienced though...

Great location..

Mike was courteous and explained everything thoroughly. Was in Orlando to visit my brother with my two grown up sons. The location is great and the golf course immaculate (even when I landed a tee shot by a big colourful snake). The clubhouse was unfortunately closed for renovations but it looked fantastic. Will look to book again with Mike (who owns a few of the flats (condo's).

Somewhat satisfied

The host was nice was disappointed in the condo itself pet hair was all over the place and along with that comes the stale smell a little out dated it’s far away from the Disney area and must use tolls in order to get there!

Amusement Park closeby + Convention Center 26mins easy drive. Gated community

Mike's property is away from the hustle & bustle of Orlando while still being super close to Orlando with all the parks you love. There are 2 pools to enjoy + a playground & play a game of golf all on site. Once directions are clear inside the gates you're golden - plenty of security driving around you can ask for directions- they are very nice. 2 gate entrances as well for convenience. Washer/Dryer on site. Extra mattresses for extra beds. Mike is very accommodating & willing to help make your stay perfect. Very nice couple, he & his wife. Will stay again if in the Orlando area.

Super endroit sur le golf pour un golfeur, Ventura est un golf très amical et bien tenu. Super piscine chauffée à 2 pas et excellents parcours de promenade dans la nature pour les marcheurs. Très calme et reposant. L'appartement est très confortable et douillet.
