We offer a welcomed escape to relax and make new memories!!!! It is time to enjoy what orlando has to offer in this newly remodeled, ~1st floor, 2/2, cozy, fully furnished condo located at the Ventura Country Club golf community!!! We offer
High-speed internet for those who need to work from home; 2 TVs, with wi-fi access; Heated swimming pool within 100 feet; your own porch and Onsite, free parking!!!

THE 6" deep, heated, fenced-in Swimming pool following proper pool safety measures is only 100 feet away and perfect for a mid-day or night private swim. For those who prefer a larger pool, the 19th hole offers a Olympic size pool, 3 minutes away, all within the privacy of the country club.

30-45 MINUTES FROM ALL THE DISNEY PARKS (DISNEY, EPCOT, UNIVERSAL, SEA WORLD), AND 10 MINUTES AWAY FROM THE ORLANDO INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT.

If you wish to go explore, Lake Nona, Viera, Cocoa Beach, Daytona Beach, Vero Beach, Melbourne, Sebastian are all within a 2 hour drive!

UCF and VA hospitals are within driving distance.

Note: Ventura Golf course is unavailable and being remodeled starting 4/1.

The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well appointed, but the property could definitely use tweaking in the cleanliness and amenities category. The dryer was running with wet towels when we arrived. There's a sign on the dryer saying the alarm didn't work, but that wasn't the issue. Since the owner was aware of the problem, a service call would have been the best choice to avoid the situation. We were able to finally turn the dial to the proper setting so the dryer would actually dry the towels. The cleaner apparently did the best they could but the sheets/comforters on the beds were wet. We stripped the beds to dry the sheets/comforters. Hindsight I should have messaged the owner, but we in the throes of problem solving and did not want to waste anymore of our limited time. Safety concern: slider does not lock.

Friendly and Safe

This was a great location for all the places we visited while in Orlando. It was also a great place to relax floating in the pool. The neighbors at the pool were very friendly and welcoming. The community felt very safe including security checking in at the pool during the day. It also felt safe with the security checkpoints to enter the community. Would 100% stay here again.

Ventura Stay

Unfortunate the cleaning people didn’t do their job well. However when brought to the attention of the owner she immediately apologized, credited the cleaning cost and we had a good stay. This was not the actual unit we requested to rent because of some repairs that needed to be made so to account us the owners very generously let us rent their own unit. Maria was help, available. Appreciated that very much.

Work transfer stay

I was transferred to Florida for work and this location has been a great location to get familiar with the area. The condo makes you feel at home while having vacation amenities. Enjoyed the pool almost every evening after work. This VRBO was the best part of my move to Florida.

Amazing!

I stayed in her home for a month as I was relocating to Florida. She was amazing throughout the experience. The only feedback I would give is to get a cleaning service that specializes in cleaning dog hairs in the home. If I ever need a place to stay, this will definitely be the home.

Great condo in Orlando

We stayed in Maria’s condo for about 6 weeks. Great location in safe, secure, gated community. Golf course, tennis, play ground, and pool directly across from unit. Owners were responsive and helpful. Full kitchen, full washer/ dryer, 2 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. Great storage. Screen patio!
