🏡 THE SPACE
This 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom townhome offers luxury coastal living right on Sail Bay — with direct waterfront access and a prime location just minutes from Mission Beach and Pacific Beach. Designed for comfort and entertainment, it's the perfect retreat for families, couples, or small groups.

On the ground floor, enjoy a bright living area with plush seating, a large flatscreen TV, and a cozy fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, ample counter space, and everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals.

Your private outdoor patio is a true entertainer's dream — complete with wrap-around bar seating for eight, a built-in grill, outdoor refrigerator, and fireplace for evening relaxation.

Upstairs, the master suite features a king bed, private balcony, and spa-inspired ensuite with soaking tub and shower combo. The guest bedroom includes a twin-over-queen bunk bed with trundle (top bunk for children only), private bath, and TV.

The rooftop lounge delivers panoramic bay views, dreamy sunsets, and SeaWorld fireworks, with comfortable seating and fresh coastal breezes.

What a perfect VRBO rental!! A beautiful condo in a perfect location. Very clean and in excellent condition. Amazing outdoor space. Epic pinball machine resulted in hours of family fun. Comfortable beds. Responsive hosts. Bikes and paddleboards in the garage. I highly recommend this condo and will absolutely book it again for my next SD trip!!

The accommodations were just as described and pictured in the VRBO rental profile. Coast Vacation Homes was excellent in communication while we were there for anything that we needed. Home was extremely clean and very well equipped with everything you could need for your stay.

Great place for a relaxing stay!

Beautiful property close to the beach with a private patio for home bodies. Very clean and quiet. We had a very enjoyable stay.

Very nice location, lots of fun activities at the house. Quiet and comfortable! Company was very easy to Work with. Great outdoor spaces too. One suggestion maybe have housekeeping or maintenance fill the bicycle tires with air. All were pretty flat and the pump provided is old and hard to use.

Great spot away from the craziness

We normally stay right on the boardwalk of mission beach. This spot was nice change of pace with a more quiet vibe yet still super close to the bay to hang out at the beach. The price was also great considering you get all 3 floors of the unit including the rooftop and garage parking.

Beautiful place to stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! This is a very nice condo with all of the amenities. We were able to enjoy the fire pit one night and the outdoor grilling area is also amazing. Close to grocery store, beach, shopping, etc. It has it all. Would stay again in a heart beat!

Fun weekend getaway

The home was clean and had everything we needed. The bikes, paddle boards and beach chairs were an added plus! We arrived and jumped on the bikes and rode all over. Great location.

Perfect Stay!

Honestly, this stay was perfect. House great location, well appointed, fabulous outdoor kitchen and comfortable living space. We used the bikes provided and didn't drive anywhere. Easy Sail Bay and Pacific Beach access. Can't wait to come back! Met the owner, super friendly.

Nice place in PB

This house is great - in a relatively quiet spot but close enough to the PB activities. The patio is really nice as well for a bbq. The only negative was the constant reminders not to have a party or make any noise - kind of puts a damper on things if you want to enjoy the patio with friends and family.

Great place. Great location. Great experience.

We really enjoyed the house and all of the amenities. Everything was extremely organized from the codes, manuals and communication during the week with questions. We loved the patio and all of the beach toys in the garage. The parking space was perfect and easy to access. We really liked the quiet neighborhood but that we could walk to the beach on the bay or drive quickly over to Pacific Beach. We'll definitely be back.

Great place! Awesome location!

Staying here was a “breeze”! You can’t beat the location and we loved that it was pet friendly. The garage fit our SUV and had all the beach go-ers needs. Easy to get a hold of the property managers with any questions or concerns. So many private sitting areas - the rooftop, side patios and main patio were so nice! Being able to walk to the beach in seconds and having all the restaurants and shopping also was a PLUS! House was clean and well equipped! Would definitely stay here again.

Amazing Location and Patio

The property was as advertised, and had a couple fun surprises. The patio/BBQ area is great for cooking and eating. The accessibility to the bay is unmatched. There was no riff raff around the property. Our truck did not fit in the garage.
