We really liked the place and enjoyed our stay. The house itself has a cool setup and awesome vibe to it. Plus, it's in a pretty nice area with a great view. We had a total of 12 adults, only half of which were couples, and there was enough room for everyone (with an air mattress in the dining room). The location is also pretty convenient for events along the river. For example, we were in town for Oktoberfest at Sawyer Point Park and it took less than 15 minutes to walk there. Be warned, however, that with this house being in the Mt. Adams area, you have a steep incline and a lot of stairs on the walk back. If you're in shape, it's not really a big group, but some people in my group struggled.Free street parking was generally available and the house itself has 3 driveway spots, which were really convenient. The host was responsive when I had questions. Part of the patio was roped off, which was disappointing because we really liked to hang out outside, but we still could use the upper patio (which has a better view anyway).I appreciate that the house had both trash & recycling because I encounter far too many rentals that don't recycle. One piece of constructive feedback is the trash can in the kitchen needs to be much bigger for a house that can hold so many people. Overall, the place was a hit with the rest of my family and we enjoyed our stay. I'd recommend it.
