Come enjoy the newest Resort Complex on the Alabama Gulf Coast and the only Beachfront complex in Gulf Shores with a Lazy River!!



Come see why this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo with unbelievable unobstructed views is the best for your family with its amazing views of the Gulf!



Our condo is perfectly situated on the 23rd floor West corner with unrestricted panoramic views! We also have a keyless entry door lock so you do not have to keep up with any keys during your stay! You can enjoy a spectacular view of the Gulf from the balcony or through the floor-to-ceiling windows in the Living room and Master bedroom, and 3rd and 4th bedrooms. With over 2,000 sq ft the unit is very spacious, newly furnished and new to the rental market!!



Amenities are abundant at this Phoenix Gulf Shores II condo: the unit is appointed with full-size appliances, wet bar with ice maker, 75” flat screen SMART TV in living room and a flat screen 65" SMART TV in the master, and a 55" Smart TV in the 2nd, 3rd and 4th bedrooms, laundry room with full size washer and dryer. There is a King bed in the master, King in the 2nd bedroom, two Queens in the 3rd and 4th bedrooms, and two twin cots for sleeping up to 14.



There is an awesome zero entry outdoor pool that connects with a lazy river and water slide, heated in-door swimming pool, large jacuzzi, state-of-the-art fitness center overlooking the Gulf.



There is a 25 year old minimum age limit to reserve the unit which will be enforced with no refund for violation.



Your vacation will be complete at Phoenix Gulf Shores II with all of the amenities, the beach and luxurious accommodations. Parking: You must purchase your parking passes upon arrival, they are a one time fee of $70.00 (subject to change). Any 4br unit you rent at Phoenix Gulf Shores II guarantees you can purchase up to THREE parking passes, the front desk will sell you additional passes based on the occupancy of the complex during your stay but do not expect an extra pass during the summer season.

Fantastic! Had so much fun. The beds, bedding, and pillows were SO comfortable, which you NEVER find, so that was a huge plus! Only downside was when a family checked into the room above us and they were extremely loud, but nothing to do about that

Great beach view! Plenty of space! My kids loved the pool! You would think the elevator would be long, but wait wasn’t too bad. The only thing that was a bit annoying was managing the ac. It wouldn’t stay on a constant setting, you have to keep resetting it to cooler. There weren’t any hot pads and we ate a lot of dinners at home. It would be nice to have towel hooks for hand towels and shower towels in the bathrooms. There are some over toilets but I’d prefer a hook near shower when getting out. Also, a rug next to bed would be nice for getting in. A better broom to sweep sand everyday would also be nice. I know this is a new rental so just some added small touches would make it nicer. Loved having ice available for each day. Plenty of plates, silverware and things.

Let me start by saying that the Phoenix Gulf Shores ll is a beautiful property. Our condo was immaculate and beautifully decorated. The front desk staff was wonderful and the check-in process was easy. Unfortunately, there was a water problem the entire stay the water would go on and off periodically throughout the time that we were there. Often it went out from several hours at one point during our stay we received a call from the front desk, asking us not to use one of the bathrooms in our condo for a few hours. Apparently there was a leak in another condo and our bathroom usage was affecting that. After a couple hours, I called the front desk and they told me would be another couple hours. We had four people staying in that room needing to shower. When the water was functional, it would cut out every 1015 minutes for several seconds at a time. Honestly, despite how nice the condo was, the water issue was a game changer. We had nine adults staying in the condo and not having water at crucial times made it very difficult. We cook a lot so clean up became a problem. Having towels for nine people to shower also became a problem. Several people had to hang back from going to the beach two mornings that we were there because someone needed to stay and clean up the kitchen, but there was no water.
