This is The Beach Club - Bristol Penthouse 1 a luxury 5 bedroom/5 bath, Gulf Front Condominium on the 21st floor which is the "TOP" floor in the tower! Sleeps 14 in beds, no sofa sleeper. This property offers an amazing "High Rise" View of the Gulf of Mexico!. This magnificent gem is located on the Fort Morgan Peninsula, a narrow, one mile, strip of land offering a natural beach with wildlife, incredible views, and a destination away from city streets. You are encouraged to view the locator map. This penthouse is magnificently furnished and located the Bristol Tower, a 21 story Gulf Front condominium. The penthouse was renovated and is beautifully decorated. , offering a plenty of seating, a large TV, a dining table, an under the counter ice maker and spectacular views. The master bedroom, the living, dining and kitchen area has massive sliding glass doors which lead to the balcony furnished with seating for dining or tanning!

There are four king beds on the main floor and 4 full bathrooms with showers, plus the master has a jetted tub. The loft, which is the 5th bedroom, is equipped with a tub/shower combo. It is on the second level and has 2 sets of bunk beds with twins on top and fulls on bottom. This room sleeps 6 and stairclimbing is required to get to it.

The beds are made with white linen and bath linens are supplied. There is no sleeper sofa. The washer/dryer is located in the guest bedroom hallway right beside the half bath. The kitchen is fully stocked with utensils, dishes, a standard coffee maker, blender, toaster, mixer & cookware. Only a "One Day Supply" of toiletries/detergents/disposables for the kitchen & bathrooms provided.

There are typically 4 dining options during the peak season: Fine casual dining at the Coast Restaurant with a full bar on the second floor of The Clubhouse with a Gulf View, The Hide Away Sports Bar and Grill, Food Trucks for short order beside a volley ball net and live music near the entrance of the resort, and a Tiki Bar & Grill with seasonal live music at The Club House which requires a Clubhouse fee for entrance. Seasonally, a tram, runs all through the property so no need to drive!

CLUBHOUSE & AMENITIES:
Without any additional charges, you will have access to the pool and hot tub at the foot of the tower, three boardwalks to the beach, a playground, basketball courts, and charcoal grills located in front of The Clubhouse. You may patron the fine casual dining restaurant/bar and the salon, located in The Clubhouse and the sports bar and grill, coffee and ice cream shops, souvenir and beach gear shops located near the entry of the resort. Seasonally, you may rent lounges with umbrellas on the beach, rent bicycles & kayaks. The beach attendant will greet you and arrange the payment.

The owner of this condo is a member of the Clubhouse, so you will have access to the "Private" amenities, too, by paying a $50.00 daily fee at The Clubhouse desk in person for the days you choose, if any. The daily fee varies, depending on the number of days used, but it covers your entire party for that day! The "Private" amenities include a seasonally heated beach side community outdoor pool with a tiki bar and grill, an indoor pool and a fitness center with Gulf Views, a game room, luxurious locker rooms with showers and a sauna, children's activities, and access to the tennis courts.

Beach lounger rental packages, water sports, para-sailing, bicycle rentals and more may be obtained at The Club Desk in person during your stay. Many of the amenities are seasonal and our rates typically reflect off season pricing.
