Summary:
Situated within the gated resort style community of Bella Vida and less than 7.5 miles from Disney World, sits this beautiful themed 8 bedroom/6 bathroom villa.

The Space:
Home consists of three King master suites, one Queen master suite, a full bedroom a double Queen bedroom and two kids bunk bedded rooms Two of the bedrooms are situated on the ground floor, one King suite and one double Queen bedroom with a shared bathroom.
The themed kids rooms are truly stunning with bunk beds set within a princess castle and the other set within a Peter Pan pirate ship.
There are 6 bathrooms, four of these are set within the bedroom suites. The other two are shared, one between the bunk rooms and the other between the full and Queen bedrooms. A large fully equipped kitchen fitted with 2 refrigerators, 2 microwaves, 2 dishwashers, 2 toasters and 2 coffee makers, enough for a large group sharing the villa. There is also a dining table and additional seating at the kitchen island. A washer/dryer is also located on each floor. There is a Disney themed cinema and a large Marvel themed games room. There is a pool table situated on the upper floor. Benefiting from a south facing pool, you can lie back and soak in the suns rays for a long part of the day. There is also a hot tub on the deck with amazing lake views to enjoyed after a long hot fun filled day at the theme parks.

There is ample, on drive car parking for 5 sedan size cars with additional free onsite car parking close-by for permitted vehicles as there is strictly no on street car parking except for arrival & departure unloading and reloading.

Guests can also use all of the facilities located within the community. This includes the gym, large communal pool, kids outdoor play area and a basketball court.

Other Things to Note:
The pool may be heated for an additional $50 per day, a minimum of 3 days, and must be requested 48 hours before arrival. For last-minute requests, there is an extra $30 trip fee.
