With respect to the condo we stayed at, the location was great. Close to a lot of the places we wanted to visit. We were not happy that we received an "upgrade" as the second bedroom did not have a comfortable double bed. It was a slatted bed that would have been great for children but not for an adult. We also tried the air mattress that was provided but discovered it had a leak. The host was very quick in providing a new mattress the next day but again not the greatest for an adult to sleep on. We were only provided with one key/fob which created some issues as we were not also going out at the same time. Perhaps investing in a second set of keys would be a consideration. The amenities provided in the condo were great and met all of our needs. Our first reservation (with a different VRBO owner) had been canceled at the last minute and we were frustrated to begin with and receiving the upgrade and the bed issue only made our frustration worse. The host was very accommodating but perhaps reservations should not be changed without first advising the traveler. Not sure if we would rebook with VRBO

Quiet condo. Clean but could use a little updating. Hooks in the bathroom would be a great idea for hanging towels on. Also instructions on using the thermostat.

The property has a broken couch, a chair missing hardware, appliances that don't work, ducttape on fans and other areas, and the master bedroom shower divertor was broken. The front door was broken during the stay and I had to fix it myself once the owner showed up. I showed him many of the issues in person. The day I left, I sent the owner a list with photos of the deficiencies, and asked if he would discount the stay due to the issues. He did not respond. I followed up through VRBO and they could not help at all. But the condos are in a great location. Just too bad they weren't maintained well. I do not recommend this property.

Great location, easy check in. The location is amazing, cannot be overstated. There's a great breakfast place, bar/Steakhouse, and Sushimi place, all in the same building on ground floor. Minutes to Eaton, Ripley's, CN tower, The Well, ect. We didn't need to use public transportation or Uber at all.

The place was very clean. The second bedroom was made for a queen size bed with absolutely 8 inches on either side. Bathroom doors wouldn't lock, bad when you have 2 bedrooms using the same bathroom. The master bedroom had a L shape window for which the side window was not covered. We were there for rest and comfort, sun coming in the bedroom at 6;30 am..I am very very pleased at how the building was cleaned so often and the apartment was very clean.Not a fan of waiting for responses to questions from the manager. Did not answer any of my questions until the day we were actually arriving, although asked many question, some 2,3,5 days prior.

this is a covenant location and was very clean , the host was quickly responsive . beds and furniture could use an upgrade other than that everything was great
