Luxurious, modern suite in the rainforest with ocean views and 3 resort pools

This is the upper level of a two story property and is a wonderful option for a small family or one or two couples. Each of these two properties has a private entrance and can be rented separately or together. These are connected by internal stairs that can be locked out or unlocked. When rented together, this becomes a two story, two bedroom villa that can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The villa has one bedroom with 1 king bed, daybed, full bathroom, full kitchen, and terrace with great ocean views. Sleeps up to 3 (up to 2 adults and 1 child 12 years old or younger).

Features include a new kitchen, complete with refrigerator, convection oven/microwave, ice maker, 2 burner stovetop, coffee maker, blender, and a dining table. The living room has a day bed with additional seating. The bedroom has one king size bed and a flat screen television. There is air conditioning throughout and the new bathroom has a large walk in shower and sink with plenty of counter space.

These are situated on the hillside, just a short walk to the beach. Given the location on our property, there are stairs and ramps to climb.

Guests enjoy ocean, jungle, and garden views from the large wrap around terrace that beckons guests to enjoy the ocean breezes. The octagonal design of the villa was created so that you have a special view from every window in all directions, and all the windows open completely to allow the outside to virtually come inside. The villa is immersed in the jungle with great ocean and jungle views and lots of wildlife visits. It's almost like living in a tree house!

Guests will receive personalized concierge services before and throughout their stay and have access to all the resort amenities including the beach, resort pools, and on-site shuttle service. This property is walking distance to many restaurants, grocery stores, shops, and ATMs in Manuel Antonio.
