*Parking passes MUST be purchased on-site from the guard shack. The pass is $35 CASH or $35 + 3% convenience fee with Credit Card. You are only allowed ONE parking pass. Parking spots are on a first-come, first-served basis.

We enjoyed our trip staying at the beach, convenient location enjoy the three pool on site and easy access to the parking garage and Ocean front property. We will be looking forward to booking again.

Perfect little getaway for our anniversary! Even with the cold front coming in we had the best time just enjoying what gulf shores had to offer. The place was very close to everything you would need for a beach stay!

Says it’s an ocean view condo but it sits right on top of the middle pool with zero privacy on balcony and zero ocean view. There was a dirty sock and underwear in the closet. It smelt horrific in the room, not sure if it was the garbage disposal or the AC unit but it smelt like mildew. The shower mat towel had stains on it and we did not have any soap in our bathroom. The silverware in the kitchen were dirty and not cleaned. Only positives was that the beach has super easy access to walk to and the place had beach chairs and beach towels available. Other than that I would spend a little more and stay at the Hilton Garden

Great place for couples to get away. Host was very quick with communication and very sweet. Condo was in a good location. Will definitely keep this place saved for another trip. Only thing I’d just be aware of if you have a larger vehicle the parking can be a little tight but manageable.

We wanted to clarify for future guests that we did not own or manage this property 10 years ago, so comparisons to a stay from that long ago don’t reflect the experience we provide today. The room was what we were expecting. Had problems with the ice maker leaking so it had to be shut off. Towel rack is kind of wobbly, several light bulbs need replaced. Room 224 definitely needs a updated TV, bigger and a smart TV. all you have to watch it basic cable. and when it rained the TV went out.

I wish atleast one of the pools were heated. The parking here is rough it’s not spacious. Other than that the room is amazing it’s definitely the best part of the stay.

One of the resort pools is intended to be heated, so we’ll be checking with the facility management team to ensure everything is operating properly.
