Enjoy the best of coastal living at this updated getaway, highlighted by stunning Gulf views and alfresco dining on your 10th-floor covered balcony. Stroll mere steps along the private boardwalk to play in the gorgeous sand and surf. Blissful days await with Phoenix V amenities, including indoor and outdoor pools, a pirate-themed splash pad, lighted tennis courts, and a gym. Walk to dining, shops, and entertainment.



Unwind into vacation mode on comfortable furnishings in the living area and watch your favorite shows on the TV. Prepare your favorite foods in the updated and well-equipped kitchen, featuring an array of helpful appliances and gadgets. Share meals and conversation at the kitchen bar and dining table. Everyone will get a comfortable night's rest, as in the suite, for example, complete with a TV. The en suite bathroom - also accessible via the hallway - provides a walk-in shower with custom tiling. Nice place, very clean beach.

This was a nice place to stay. The beach is very clean and it's not very crowded. Lots of nice restaurants close by.

Quick Getaway

This was a very efficient 1 bedroom property. Perfect for the wife and myself. Would go back at anytime. Great amenities for the stay. Washer and Dryer, Internet, Kitchen, all a plus.

It was a great place and very clean. The DVD player did not work though and my 3 year old was not thrilled with that. Overall great place!

The condo had everything you needed.

Enjoyable, awesome view of the water off the deck. Friendly neighbors.The last 3 days 2 elevators broke down. You waited up to 10 minutes to get on.

Great Beach Front Condo

Excellent view on the upper floors and great amenities with indoor and outdoor swimming pool and water park. Easy access to the beach. Nice balcony, but it's not super private. Some other guests had trouble with the door code, but ours worked fine the whole trip. Not much in the kitchen -- don't forget coffee filters and basics like salt and pepper. Relatively quiet. Great beach getaway!

Great stay…once we got in

The condo is well appointed with a fully equipped kitchen, comfortable king bed, and cozy living room. The sleeper sofa desperately needs a new mattress though. Both door codes I was given did not work and after 30 minutes on the phone with Turn Key, it took another hour and a half to get in the door upon our arrival. They did refund the cost of perishable groceries that I sat outside the door with for 2 hours waiting to get in. Jeremy, the local TurnKey guy, was very helpful and apologetic and we didn’t have anymore door issues during our stay.

Good but building low quality

BAD 1.No extra blankets- for the couch beds 2.No Wi-Fi- although it was advertised as having it 3. The lock on the door broke every day and took an hour + every time to fix 4. The pull out couches were lumpy and uneven GOOD 1. nice view of the ocean 2. walmart was a mile away 3. nice beach access 4. Clean house 5. The building staff was helpful-Not the vrbo staff

Beach view

The condo was great. Mattress very comfortable. Everything there we needed. Balcony provided great beach view and sunny on cool days. There was lot of noise with sanding out side for paint. But worse noise was 2 balconies over with workers using wet saw on Friday and Saturday cutting floor tiles. Friday was too windy to sit on the beach with blowing sand. So we left for the afternoon. We called on Saturday to the desk and they said they would try to call the owners. So the unit was great we just ended up to close to workmen.

Great Location

Beautiful spacious 1 bedroom right on the beach! The view is amazing! The location is great Walmart, Publix, shopping, and restaurants on the same strip. My only problem was the cleanliness, and that’s not all on the property management. People when you rent these places pleas wash the dishes, make sure they are clean when you put them up. The silverware had dried food on it, and the plates also. You could tell they had been run through the dish washer , but needed to soak first. Sand in the shower. Please clean behind yourself in he cleaning people should not have to go through the cabinets and re wash every dish. In this day and time we all should do a little extra to keep ourselves and others safe. This place is too beautiful neglect.
