Thanks so much for the review, Tony- We do apologize for the roof situation- We were not aware that it was scheduled. That process is now completed. We will definitely address the rug in the living room- Our job is to make it as comfortable as possible for you, so we appreciate the input!

We always appreciate an honest review, and we do thank you for submitting one. This property was offered at a discounted rate because it is new to our portfolio. We were as disappointed as you to hear about the roofing project, which was not disclosed to us prior to its start. This type of project must be completed prior to storm season, but still was bothersome, we understand. Regarding cleanliness- the unit has a dryer in it which could cause some dust, but it is professionally cleaned prior to each guest check-in. It is clean and comfortable. The ac is on a maintenance plan, has has been recently adjusted. We do think the roofing project cast a dark shadow over your stay, but it's something over which we had no control. The good news is that it it completed now and we are ready for Season!
