Great little cottage. Nothing fancy just cozy necessities The traffic can get a bit loud while trying to sit outside but you get used to it Guests beware of the stickers that like to follow you into the house for you you step on later. Beds were comfortable and it was a great 2 night stay. The owner was very on top of things and responds quickly.

Nice, I would stay there again. Clean and comfortable. Host is responsive. There is a short distance on a gravel road that is a bit washboard. Not the host's fault just reality.

Second time staying at this location, its nice and quite but close enough to town to run in for groceries. Having the steel car-port is a great plus to keep your vehicle safe from hail during the summer when the thunderstorms are doing their thing!

The house was not cleaned before we checked in. I believe it had been cleaned after the last guests checked out, but there was dust and dirt and a lot of sand burrs on the floor and stuck in the rugs. There is nothing but dishes in the cupboards. No salt & pepper, no condiments in the fridge, and no soap in the bathroom. There is a coffee pot but no coffee or filters. The house is right next to a gravel road, and there's quite a bit of traffic that dusts out the patio. We didn't sit outside due to that. The air conditioning did work great, but the rest of the house could use updating including the furniture. We intended to spend more time relaxing at the house but stayed in town to be more comfortable. I wanted to love this place, but we were disappointed.

Nice little place centrally located between Mitchell and Scottsbluff making it handy to visit the area attractions. Clay was always quick to reply to my messages and was helpful in providing bag chairs for us for the balloon festival and alerting us to some hazardous road conditions due to recent rains.

This place is a little gem! It’s far enough out of town to be quiet but close enough to run into town for groceries etc. The AC works incredibly well, the bed was very comfortable and the kitchen has everything you need to self cater. I was traveling on a motorcycle so I was able to pull up right outside the front door to unload and the yard light kept it feeling secure. All in all very satisfied with the location and would certainly stay again should I need to.

I am extremely disappointed in the property and the host. The listing says no animals allowed. We got to the property at 10pm after sitting on the sofa we noticed lots of animal hair. My son sat on the rug in the living room and he was full of dog hair. We left immediately and had to book a hotel room. Before I left the host a review I gave him the opportunity to apologize and refund what we spent. He did not due that and lied about there being no animal hair. Pictures were submitted that show animal hair in multiple places. Pictures that I did not submit were the amount of dust on all areas and the sink that was filthy.

This guest made a request for early check-in. Normally check in is at 4:00 p.m. but they were granted an early check-in at 1:30 at no extra charge. Security cameras show they were there at 1:30 p.m. MST. At 2:30 p.m. MST they called and said they had been in the house and it was cold and clean. The guest house has central air conditioning, so all they needed to do is change the thermostat setting. They were having difficulty with the key pad lock. Caller ID stated that it was someone other than the person who had originally made the reservation that called. There was no further communication that night. When I informed the guest that checkout was 11:00 a.m. on May 17th, I was informed they had left the night before. When I went to examine the guest house, there were dirty dishes, dirty silverware and drinking glass. The guests had eaten soup and had an alcoholic beverage. The living room TV was moved. Two beds ( the queen size bed and 1 twin bed) had the bedding turned down and were used. I always ask my guests to contact me if they have any questions or concerns. There was no attempt to contact me. They just left after making use of the facility.
