Nestled in the vibrant heart of Montparnasse—the legendary artists' district of the 1920s—our Apart’hotel is surrounded by chic cafés, lively theatres, and bustling cinemas. You'll find an array of shopping centres, boutique stores, and restaurants serving up exquisite international cuisine right at your doorstep.
Ideally located just a 2-minute walk from the nearest metro station, the residence offers easy access to major city attractions. It sits conveniently between the Necker and Saint-Vincent-de-Paul hospitals, with the Pasteur Institute, government offices, and the Senate building also close by. For a tranquil escape, the beautiful Luxembourg Gardens are only a short drive away.

By Taxi: It takes approximately 30 minutes by taxi and costs about 35€ to get to the residence.
