Pets- pet fee is to be used for guarantee that you will be act in good faith in regard to your pet. You are responsible for supervising, cleaning up after and mitigating damages. If pets leave a mess, waste is not disposed of properly or excessive hair is left behind, additional charges may incur. Thank you for your cooperation in this!



Neighborhood- just minutes from downtown and hospitals. It is an active area with neighbors who do their best but it can be rough around the edges. The location is not recommended to be walkable to downtown due to busier streets and having to cross a set of railroad tracks but one could during the warmer months.



House Layout-



Front door has 3 steps from the sidewalk to the entryway. You’ll walk directly into the living area equipped with a reclining couch, bench for storage and great natural light. Living room windows face the street so thick curtains are installed for use.

This is a mid to smaller sized home at 1210 sq ft. We have it set up ideally for 2 guests to stay in the main queen bedroom(biggest bed that will fit)

The living room and main bedroom are for quiet relaxing, the second bedroom is set as a theater room with its massive TV and speaker system. 2 more guests could utilize the full sized bed pull out couch.



The kitchen and dining area are towards the back of the home. Enjoy a reverse osmosis water filtration system from the sink, butcher block counter top and gas range. We’ve provided a small coffee maker and toaster, as well. A very petite bathroom with standup shower is located off the kitchen as well as access to the laundry area. Laundry can also be accessed through main bedroom.

Full bathroom is sizable and attached to the main bedroom with a full tub, shower and vanity.



The hot tub and backyard are accessible via the door off the left side of the dining area.



Fire pit -

Feel free to utilize at your own risk. Please ensure fire is completely out before leaving Jt unattended.



Hot tub-

There is an attached remote to control lights, jets, and temp. Do not let temp get below 99°

Regular spa rules apply. Wash off before/after use. Limit your time to 15 minutes , do not leave kids unattended, take care in entering/exiting.

Please use at your own risk.

Inspect and test the hot tub after use to ensure it is left in good condition.
