This 3039 sq ft home has 5 balconies, 3-bedroom ensuites and a half bath, living room, dining room, well stocked kitchen and a quiet sitting room to provide you plenty of space to relax. Your vacation home has free Wi-Fi, a large screen TV in the living room, smart TVs in each bedroom, free in-unit washer/dryer. Guest access to a fitness center with sauna, beautifully renovated lobby w/seating areas, fireplace, piano, a game room w/pool table, ping pong, foosball and resident library. 2 Outdoor pools are available for your use with hot tubs, fire pit, seating areas, umbrellas. Walk our private paved seawall along the intersection of the Marco River, the intracoastal waterway to Naples and the Gulf and see amazing sunsets, dolphins, manatees and seabirds. There are 3 local restaurants on Isles of Capri with live music and delicious seafood. Come and visit and you'll never want to leave.
