Always check yourself and your belongings before coming inside, and use the bug spray we've provided in the cottage for your protection.



PET RULES: DOGS ONLY - up to two under 50lbs Leashes: Dogs must be leashed when outside Clean up: Guests must pick up after their dog and use the provided dog bag station Furniture: Dogs are not allowed on furniture or beds Supervision: Dogs should not be left unattended. Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire cottage (except locked closets). Guests have access to Pavilion, Pickle Ball Courts, and Fishing!

Getting Around:

The property is 10 miles to Downtown Dickson and 50 miles to Downtown Nashville!

All guests MUST sign a waiver (included in post-confirmation message). Guests assume full responsibility for their own well-being and belongings. The property owner and Airbnb are not liable for any accidents, injuries, illnesses, or stolen or damaged personal belongings that occur during your stay.
