This 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment features a full kitchen with breakfast bar that opens up to a stylish living and dining area. Located at Fairway Gardens building in Salt Lakes, guests enjoy access to communal amenities, including a sizeable pool, hot tub, fitness room, and secured entry. This unit additionally features a flatscreen TV, wifi, multiple fans, and two small workspaces.

This apartment is a renovated 2bd/1ba located on the 4th floor. Elevators are available.

The Fairway Gardens building amenities include secured entry, fitness/communal laundry room, fenced pool, hot tub, and sundeck, and quaint fenced park with a BBQ.

This unit includes 1 reserved parking in the building's parking lot.
