We stayed at Julie’s home while visiting our boys at IUP, and it was perfect for our trip. The 3‑bedroom, 2‑bathroom layout gave everyone plenty of space, and our bed was incredibly comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you’d need to cook a full family meal, which made our stay feel even more like home. Check‑in and check‑out were simple and stress‑free. The neighborhood was very quiet, and being only about 7 minutes from the college made it super convenient. We’d definitely stay here again.

Very well equipped kitchen! The house was lovely, and the A/C was very welcome in July. The TVs are both very small, which my partner had difficulty with. It was nice to have two full bathrooms, but the newly redone master bathroom, while lovely, has a very small shower and sink area, (my partner, a larger man, had to use the hall bath shower). Beds were comfortable and it was great to have a full washer and dryer in the master bedroom! Overall, a wonderful stay!

The house is very spacious, clean and bright, has a nice back deck and is located in a quiet neighborhood. Everything went smooth with checkin and checkout. Overall, excellent place ad host and we had a great stay!

Our stay was great. The home was warm and cozy and had all the kitchen essentials needed if you should want to cook. Something else I really enjoyed was the strong water pressure and hot water from the shower. The reason I gave this 4 stars instead of 5 is because the bed in the master bedroom was very hard and uncomfortable. However, the other two beds in the house were comfortable.

Well equipped and lovely home. Instructions were very clear and complete. The surroundings were nice and the neighbor ducks were fun to watch. Good communication. We enjoyed visiting the J.S. museum and shops and restaurants. Was there a toaster? We didn't ask, but did not find one. ;)

Responsive host, Location for activities in Indiana was superb. Several restaurants in a miles drive. Kitchen well stocked, even provided a few bottled waters as well as water for keurig. Directions easy to follow. Great stay overall. Was excited to find this gem. Only downside is beds. Master bedroom and other main bedroom has only full beds. And bed in master bedroom was too hard and not comfortable. But we made it work and would stay there again when our plans bring us to Indiana.

The home is in a nice, quite neighborhood close to town, IUP, shopping and dinning. The house was clean and everything was clearly marked and laid out. Check in and check out was easy. The kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped.

Based on Kendra’s feedback, I installed an additional TV in the living room ( the master bedroom already has one) and purchased memory foam toppers for the double beds
