All Grand Panama guests must pre-register for Parking Pass(es). There is a $55 flat resort fee for guests which will include the guest registration, a parking pass for one vehicle and wristbands for the guests13 or older. The parking pass for a second vehicle is $35. Motorcycle parking pass is $55. This fee is in addition to the booking.

Condo was great. Would have enjoyed our staya lot more if the elevator’s had worked properly. 3 elevators and 2 of them didn’t work most of the time we were there. Melissa was awesome in handling the elevator situation. Thank you for everything.

Great place

Overall a wonderful place to stay. The only downside was the amount of time spent waiting for elevators. There are only 3 for the entire building, and only 2 running during our stay.

Great room with fantastic view

Clean and well appointed as advertised. Balcony was wonderful with a fantastic view. Kitchen was nice and had most everything (except cookie sheets) I would stay here again.

Spring Break '23

The space was incredible and the view was gorgeous. Our older teen/young adult kids loved the beach, the pool, and the hot tub. I worked remotely but thoroughly enjoyed the balcony while doing so. The location was great - within 15 minutes of anywhere we wanted to go. Would definitely stay again.

An excellent listing!

This is a beautiful condo. Very spacious and quiet. It was clean, no odors and the elevator to the 21st is speedy. I would highly recommend this listing and hope we can visit again in the future.

Love it

The condo is large enough for everyone and not feel cramped. This was our second tome staying here and will be back again. It’s everything they advertised and more! The sunsets are beautiful from the balcony!

Very Accommodating Host

Unfortunately we were unable to stay here as planned, but Melissa went what I feel was above and beyond to accommodate our situation and while we didn't actually stay in the unit I've rated it highly due to our interactions with Melissa. I'll definitely look to book with Melissa again in the future.

Family PCB fun

Rough start but great response. Showed up to the Grand Panama having water issues, elevator issues and other occupants not following their owner rules that caused issues in our condo. But the response by Melissa and her team of teams was on point. Appreciated her communication and response. June grass on the beach our last couple of days due to a storm that rolled in made for a not so fun ending to an amazing week. Overall, great location, great setup, 6 chairs and umbrellas were a win! I’d book with Melissa again!

Perfect Beach Getaway

This condo looks exactly like the photos pictured! We loved the view from the balcony and had lots of seating for spending time outside. Every room was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed. We only had to bring our food & laundry supplies. We would absolutely stay here again, we enjoyed so much much this time, we stayed an extra day. Great location & easy to get to several great restaurants. Host was very helpful & timely with responses. Wonderful condo!!!

Great unit, great views, everything as advertised. Only one complaint is the lack of toilet paper, dish washer tabs (none) and trash bags(2). For a luxury unit you would expect the basic necessities. Walmart is a few miles away and we made it work. Be prepared and you will enjoy your stay. We did

Incredible Gulf Shore Condo

Everything was phenomenal and even better than listed. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view from the balcony was incredible. It is perfectly located right on the beach with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby. Communication with the owner was amazing; she was very quick, friendly and responsive. There were only a couple small issues: the front desk wrote the wrong condo number on our voucher causing a minor issue with parking but that was taken care of, and the ice maker on the fridge didn't work. Otherwise, it was perfect. We can't wait to some back and visit next year!
