Welcome to “Tidal Creeks Cottage”. Brand new custom light filled 1 BR, 1 BA high-end 500 sf cottage built along Wilmington's Clear Run Branch Creek and nestled within beautiful mature trees. Located on Wilmington's Cross City Trail this cottage is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts. The bike ride to Wrightsville Beach Drawbridge is just 3 miles. UNCW is 1/2 mile. 1 mile to Starbucks along the trail and 2.5 miles to Wilmington's best shopping: Mayfaire Town Center. Fully equipped kitchen with marble countertops. Hardwood Floors. We have a large lot for being in central Wilmington, NC. We have a beautiful creek behind the property that runs into a large Atlantic watershed creek. The property is full of mature trees that makes it very pleasant to be outside in the hot summer.
