This luxury furnished apartment is one of a kind and in high demand. It is perfect for visitors, traveling / hybrid employees, contract workers and displaced /relocating families.
This 1200 Square foot modern apartment has the following features:
Main bedroom with a king bed
Pull -out full size couch in living room
Extra closet/storage space
Ensuite modern bathroom
All new kitchen w/stainless steel appliances
Spacious living room with sleeper sofa
Office space with desk
High speed WiFi
Central A/C
Electronic security locks

Guests have access to the entire private apartment.
We are local and available for questions and recommendations during your stay!
This is a second floor apartment with no elevator. All guests must be able to walk up stairs.
Reservations for longer than 30 days will require a lease agreement.
Must be 24 years old or older to book
No parties
Only registered guests allowed on property
No additional guests allowed under any circumstance.
Pets must be registered and the pet fee paid.
Maximum occupancy 4 people (includes infants) unless permission is granted by host
No smoking of any substance at any time, including on the balconies/common areas
Quiet hours between 9pm - 7am strictly enforced
Keep all windows closed and locked
Turn off lights when not in unit
Put all trash in provided yellow trash bags
Do not move any furniture or hang items on walls
No burning candles or incense
Do not tamper with or disable any of the safety or security devices in the unit or on the property
Do not use the premises for any illegal activity
No exception to check in and check out time
Photo ID may be required upon check-in
Host may require names and identification for all guest on property and in condo.
Cancellation and Payment Processing Fees: In the event of a cancellation by the Guest, and depending on the channel used, any fees associated with payment processing (including but not limited to credit card processing fees) are non-refundable. The Host will deduct these fees from any refundable portion of the Guest's payment.
Host may cancel reservation without refund and implement fines of $300- $500 for smoking, parties / unauthorized guests.
Before you arrive you will be asked to complete guest verification through third-party provider Truvi. This is done to ensure we are keeping up-to-date with short-term rental regulations as well as providing both our guests and our properties with extra protection. Truvi will contact you via email and/or text to complete the verification. Please do so prior to arriving at the property to enable a quick and easy check-in process.
