AT TIME OF BOOKING
**We need 72 hours advance notice...NO SAME DAY BOOKING UNLESS YOU WANT TO PAY AN ADDITIONAL $250 FEE!!!**
If you want to book same day, please let us know so we can approve, but there is a $250 fee (hotel fee, not ours).

AFTER BOOKING
Guests must provide full names of all guests staying in the unit 4 days prior to arrival. This is required by the hotel. Also, please let us know what time you are planning on checking in.

DAY OF CHECK-IN Guests must provide the full names of all individuals staying in the unit 4 days prior to arrival... Please inform us of your intended check-in time your estimated arrival time 24 hours prior to check-in.Guests will be greeted by our representative in the hotel lobby.

Complimentary check-in is available from 4 PM to 8 PM, late check-in fee of $65 will be charged from 9PM- Midnight.

This is a privately owned unit in this beautiful luxurious hotel. You will be able to enjoy its amenities. However, there are a few guidelines that we need to comply with.

FEES AND DEPOSIT

1. REQUIRED FEES
RESORT FEE: Provide valid credit card and ID for the resort fee.$45.20/night (taxes included already) includes:
* 2 Beaches chairs & Umbrellas.
* Sunrise Yoga Classes
* 2 hours bike rentals for 2 adults
* 2 bottles of water in room and on pool deck
* local and toll-free calls
* Internet access
* access to the pool deck and whirlpool
* Fitness Center

2. OPTIONAL FEES
VALET PARKING - $58/day (plus tax); paid in full at the time of check-in for the duration of your stay. Please let us know at the time of booking if you need parking.

3. SECURITY DEPOSIT
There is a $200/night security deposit hold. This is NOT a charge. It’s just a hold for incidentals.

4. THIS IS A NON-SMOKING ROOM AND HOTEL
There is absolutely no smoking in the hotel or the room. Minimum of $500 will be incurred if guests smoke in the room.

5. Only contact the rental company for all the guests' needs (please… avoid calls to the hotel).

6. NO contact with the front desk), no luggage hold at any time; no going to pool or gym before check-in OR after check out.

7. NO room services or charges to the room, guest needs to pay as they go

8. Hotel requires guests to be at least 21 years old to check in and use hotel services.
