Spacious, stylish, and designed for effortless island living, this one-story, four-bedroom villa at Kalopsia Seaside Villas & Marina offers a refined retreat with room for everyone. Three bedrooms feature luxurious king-sized beds, while a fourth includes two cozy twin beds—ideal for children or solo guests. Each bedroom has its own private en-suite bathroom, ensuring comfort and privacy throughout your stay.

The open-concept living and dining area flows seamlessly into a fully equipped kitchen, making it easy to gather, entertain, and unwind together. Large windows and doors invite in natural light and cooling island breezes, creating a relaxed coastal atmosphere that feels both elevated and welcoming.

Beyond the villa, guests enjoy access to Kalopsia’s resort-style amenities. The on-property pavilion serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner, while the waterfront tiki bar offers the perfect setting for sunset cocktails overlooking the Sea of Abaco. An Absolute Gem! We’re Already Planning Our Return!We traveled to Kalopsia Seaside Resort & Marina with a group of lifelong friends and were completely blown away by the beauty of this place and the incredible facilities. From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special.The villa was perfectly appointed with everything we needed and was exceptionally clean. Our host met us upon arrival, showed us around, and made us feel immediately welcome. Kalopsia truly is a hidden gem...peaceful, stunning, and thoughtfully designed.The pool area was beautiful and incredibly relaxing. We rented a boat and explored several nearby cays during the day, but couldn’t wait to come back each evening to have dinner at the restaurant. The coconut conch chowder was a group favorite, and the red snapper creole was absolutely to die for...so much so that we changed our plans just to eat there again another night!One day we took a short 5-minute walk to the beach and strolled along the most breathtaking blue water. Orchid Bay is just a short golf cart ride away. We rented golf carts that were delivered and picked up for us, which made everything so easy. The service throughout our stay was truly outstanding.This was an unforgettable trip, and we are already planning our return. Highly recommend Kalopsia Seaside Resort & Marina to anyone looking for a beautiful, relaxing, and memorable getaway.
