Located just minutes from Plaza Rio Hondo, you’ll have quick access to restaurants.
NOTE: To help conserve energy and prevent damage from excess condensation, please do not leave the air conditioner running when you’re not in the apartment. Overuse of the A/C can cause moisture issues and may result in damage to the unit.
Failure to follow this rule may lead to penalties and could result in early termination of your stay.

Basic reservation is for Simple Lodging only and as this is a Short Term Rental, Only Registered Guests are allowed to enter the home.
Lost Key Policy:
Please note that lost keys will incur a replacement fee of $100 per key. We appreciate your understanding and care in keeping track of all provided keys during your stay.
