Great

Cartagena is always interesting. Nice apartment. Great views. Should be great to make some arrangements with the locals community to keep the suroundings cleaner specially around the building exit to the beach. It should be an effort of everybody!!!!

Very nice accommodations

The condo was beautiful and as I expected. Even with the language barriers of communication the check was easy. We had a couple issues at the property that were addressed quickly by the owner and property manager. One improve I would make is that it took a long time for the water to get to warm in the shower and once it was warm it only lasted for a couple of minutes. It’s about a 10 minute drive from the walled city which I feel is misleading from the booking. Overall, I enjoyed the stay

Beware: address & description do NOT match actual place.

Super disappointed upon arrival of our place to realize the VRBO was in a completely different address than listed, did not match the map and the description of how far everything was a complete lie. This place is actually north of the airport. We had to take a taxi for everything we had planned to walk to. We did not rent a car as we were planning to walk to all of our excursions. We couldn’t move once we arrived in Cartagena as we had already payed for this place. We communicated with the host who didn’t really care that the description was completely wrong. She also would not communicate with me in English which is fine, as I used google translate. But when I complained about the location she then spoke in English. Felt like this is a very dishonest person. Luckily the kids liked the pool but it made our trip very hard to do all the things we wanted to do within the Ealked City.

VRBO can not stand by there mission statements.

The apartment was as show in pictures. However there was a ants that would get in anything left open. Most importantly, the location described in details tap was not in walled city as I hope to stay. I had to get taxi which was not expensive just unwanted because the apartment was showing its location in Central location. Totally misleading and VRBO agents where not helpful when I pointed this out. I will not be using VRBO anymore.

We had a lovely stay at Liliana’s apartment. The amenities were wonderful (private pool, grocery store, ice cream shop, etc.). The staff was excellent and friendly. Taxis from the apartment to various neighborhoods in Cartagena were easily procured through the staff, and they were reasonably priced and very helpful (in fact I left my wallet in one of the taxis one night, and the next day it was returned with all cash and credit cards still in it!) Our Family enjoyed a wonderful week, thank you Liliana!
