The property was fabulous. It was comfortable, clean, roomy, nice coffee service, great outdoor area, and convenient to some of the best restaurants in Monroe. The host, Suzi, was accommodating, kind and responsive. I live elsewhere and work in Monroe. Whenever my spouse visits, we will stay here if it's available. Highly recommended!

Suzi’s cottage was so cute and cozy. All the amenities I needed and located in a great spot. I wish I had access to a washer and dryer within the home but besides that, it was perfect and is saved as a favorite

Great host, very quiet neighborhood and the house was great. Very nice kitchen with great appliances and utensils if you wish to cook and the bed was very comfortable. When I come back again, I will definately look at this property first!

We really enjoyed our stay! The host were very friendly! They made sure everything was good for us! We had everything we needed and the place was very nice and comfortable! We will booking every time we come back to Monroe to visit.

This house is absolutely adorable! It has everything you could need. Kitchen is amazing and the house is very cozy. Huge backyard, spacious living area and comfortable beds! Host was easy to communicate with and very friendly. This will be our first choice every time we are in Monroe.

Property was clean, great area host was very helpful and straight forward...host has office space connected to property that they work out of but they weren't a bother to us we couldn't even tell they were there overall great stay and a bang for your buck

What a fantastic family! They left the house in PERFECT condition. Everything was clean and neat and well taken care of. They are welcome back anytime they need a place in Monroe. Definitely a 5 star review!

This is by far one of the best homes we've stayed at (and we travel a lot)!!! The home is in a great location - only half a mile to the Flying Tiger brewery. Plenty of parking and a safe neighborhood. The inside was decorated very nicely and had every amenity needed...single brew coffee, coffee pot, and even an espresso maker. The bedrooms were very comfortable and spacious. Lots of towels were provided and there is even a little heater in the bathroom. The host responded quickly to my questions and was very kind in our interactions. Next time we visit Monroe, this will be our first choice!!!

We always love our stay. Suzi is an excellent host and responds quickly to any question anyone may have. The house is decorated so cute and has a beautiful open kitchen layout. We have stayed multiple times and will always choose to stay here when it’s available.
