気になった点 : 清潔度、チェックイン、コミュニケーション、ロケーション、掲載情報の正確さ
The owner false advertise this property. The inside and outside of the apartment it doesn’t look any similar to the picture. This is a run down place. When we got there the place was extremely dirty with dead and alive cockroaches everywhere. There was spoiled food inside the refrigerator, the bathroom was very nasty, the bed was full of pee and hair. Garbage all over the floor. I couldn’t stay at that place not even for 5 minutes. I had to go to a hotel. When I contact the place. The administrator never answer to me, they just send me text messages through vrbo, I had to desperately look for another place to stay because they never give me solution. I asked for a refund and it took for them 15 days of me texting every day to give me my money back. I was relocating to Gainesville and they cause a financial drain and psychological stress. This place violate all the codes of habitability.
