Welcome to your perfect Orlando getaway at Lake Berkley Resort, a peaceful gated community just 15 minutes from Disney and 20 minutes from Universal Studios. This charming one-story villa features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms — including two master suites — and comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests, making it ideal for families visiting Orlando.

The spacious living room offers a comfortable sofa and Smart TV, with direct access to the screened pool area, creating a seamless indoor-outdoor living experience. The fully equipped kitchen includes modern appliances and opens to a dining area with seating for six, plus a breakfast bar for casual meals. A dedicated laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board adds extra convenience during your stay.

Step outside to your private screened pool, perfect for relaxing after a day at the parks. Pool heating is available as an optional service, and the outdoor space is ideal for BBQ cookouts and family time.

Lake Berkley Resort offers a heated community pool, fitness center, volleyball, basketball and tennis courts, a children’s playground, and a scenic lake perfect for walking or fishing.

A starter pack of essentials is provided; guests replenish supplies during their stay.

Extra Services:
Optional pool heating available for $35 per day plus tax.
