Welcome to your perfect Orlando getaway! Our one-story villa at Lake Berkley Resort features 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (including 2 master suites), and space for up to 8 guests. Enjoy your private screened and heated pool (optional), BBQ cookouts, and all the amazing resort amenities: heated pool, gym, sports courts, playground, and a beautiful lake. Just 15 minutes to Disney and 20 minutes to Universal – the ideal home for families visiting Orlando.

The Space:
Spacious living room with sofa, Smart TV, direct pool access.
Fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances.
Dining for 6 + breakfast bar.
Laundry room with washer, dryer, iron & board.
Bedrooms:
Master Suite 1: King bed, TV, private bath.
Master Suite 2: Queen bed, TV, private bath.
Bedroom 3: 2 Twin beds, shared bath.
Bedroom 4: 2 Twin beds, shared bath.
Lake Berkley Resort:
Heated resort pool, fitness center, volleyball/basketball/tennis courts, kids’ playground, and lake for walking or fishing.
Location:
Disney – 15 min | Universal – 20 min | SeaWorld – 11 miles | Walmart – 2 miles | Outlets – 9 miles | Daytona Beach – 69 mi | Clearwater Beach – 97 mi.
Good to Know: max occupancy 8 guests, no parties/visitors, quiet hours 10 PM–9 AM. Starter pack included (guests replenish supplies).
