Welcome to your ideal Orlando vacation home at Lake Berkley Resort, a peaceful gated community with beautiful lake views and resort-style amenities. This spacious 5bedroom, 3bathroom villa comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests and is perfect for families and groups seeking relaxation, convenience, and fun — just 20 minutes from Disney.

The living area is bright and welcoming, featuring comfortable sofas and a Smart TV, with direct access to the screened pool area. Outside, enjoy loungers by your private pool, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring Orlando. The fully equipped kitchen offers modern appliances and everything needed to prepare meals at home, while the laundry room includes a washer, dryer, iron, and ironing board for added convenience.

Lovely house with plenty of space, great location for all parks and Walmart just around the corner.Marco and Leonardo answered messages straight away, would use them again for future rentals.

Great time

We had a great time during our stay! The swimming pool was lovely and got plenty of sunshine throughout the day. The kids especially enjoyed being able to fish right at the lake — it was perfect for them.The location is excellent, just 15–20 minutes away from the outlet mall, which made shopping trips quick and easy.The kitchen was well-stocked with plates and cutlery, though we would have appreciated a few more appliances, such as a toaster and some newer pans.Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely love to come back again. Highly recommended!
