The space
Welcome to Summit View Cabin, where you'll find breathtaking, unobstructed views of the Smoky Mountains from a private, expansive deck and a wall of windows. This multi-level log cabin is designed for connection and fun, comfortably accommodating up to 10 guests.

Main Features:
• Grand Living Room: Gather around the cozy electric fireplace.
• Game Room: Hours of entertainment with a pool table and a classic arcade machine.
• Outdoor Living: Expansive deck with a bubbling hot tub to soak in the sunset views.
• Kitchen: A fully equipped kitchen and coffee bar make meal prep a breeze.

Sleeping Arrangements:
• Master Bedroom 1: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
• Master Bedroom 2: King bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
• Loft: Two twin-over-queen bunk beds, sleeping up to 6 guests.

Guest access
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire cabin, including all rooms, the game room, and the expansive deck with the hot tub.

• Private Entry: Enjoy the convenience and security of self-check-in with a keypad entry system. Your unique code will be provided 2 days before your arrival.

• Resort Amenities: As our guest, you also have full access to the Legacy Mountain Resort community amenities, located just a 2-minute drive or a 7-minute walk from the cabin:
○ Seasonal Outdoor Pool: A beautiful, professionally maintained pool (4 ft deep in the center, 3 ft on the ends).
○ Clubhouse & Fitness Center: Open year-round with a treadmill, elliptical, multi-station, and a workout bench. Also perfect for remote work from home during off season in a quiet open setting with a beautiful view. WiFi is available in the clubhouse.

Other things to note
• NO PARTYING and Rental Agreement:
Our cabin maintains a peaceful atmosphere and partying is strictly prohibited.
The booking guest is required to sign a short-term rental agreement before check-in instructions can be provided.
• Road Access: The roads leading up to the cabin at Legacy Mountain Resort are wide and well-maintained, no steep hill or tight turn. 4x4 is not needed.
• Security: For your safety and the security of the property, an exterior security camera is located at the front door.
• Grill: We provide a charcoal grill for your use. Please bring your own charcoal and grilling supplies.
• Hot Tub: For your peace of mind and hygiene, the hot tub is drained, cleaned, and refilled after every guest stay.
• Community Pool: The outdoor pool is seasonal, typically open from 9:00 AM until dusk, through the end of September (weather permitting).
• Starter Supplies: We provide a starter kit of essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. For stays longer than a few nights, you may need to purchase additional supplies.
• Parking: The space in front of the cabin comfortably accommodates up to 3 cars.

Essentials Provided
• Coffee bar: K-cups and coffee grounds.
• Basic cooking: Salt, pepper, and olive oil.
• Guest starter kit: Paper towels, dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods, toilet paper, trash bags for bathrooms and kitchen.
• Laundry essentials: Pods and dryer sheets.
